Since I activated the Coediting (Beta) feature for one of my Adobe XD files, I experience frequent popups due to connection loss, application stalls and crashes. How to deactivate the Coediting feature/mode? Who can I contact for this? I can't find the support email address anywhere.   {Renamed By MOD}

Dosen't Adobe XD support color transition?I expected the color of that button to change slowly. However, the color suddenly changes when it reaches a certain area.Obviously, I used "Auto-Animate". 

Hello. I'm using the latest XD version (currently 28.5.12.5) on Windows 10.I have a few text elements in my composition that use border effect and no fill. Every time I try to edit these texts, Adobe XD freezes and crashes (it's replicable every time). There's a work around - turning fill on for the time of editing - however you might want to fix it, as it's easy to lose unsaved changes by accidentally activating editing of such element.Best regards.

Changing preferences for default color and/or font size on xd smart guides for easier visibility? Is this feature still missing or am I not finding it? It's a royal pain not to be able to easily see this information at a more legible contrast color when needed depending on the object.   {Renamed By MOD}

Hi, I'm trying to create 14 different layouts from modifications in a common design system with linked assets.I have two different documents. One of them works as a design system for the other with linked assets in the cloud. Now I would like to create a third document and make color and font changes in the design system but if I do this the second document could never be updated. Hi XD Fam! It is very limiting that only the owner of the file is able to create Share links. Everyone contributing to that file should be able to create a Share link. What if the owner is sick, or is fired to the project? Yes, with versioning I could create a new file, however that can cause confusion later. As titled.   Connected the iphone to my macbook pro using an Apple adaptor. Didn't have issues previewing on device 2 months ago with the exact same setup.   Once I unlocked the phone, open the Adobe app on the phone > tap on 'Live Preview', it took ages to load. Then the app will shut down and I just get this black blank screen before the phone goes back to the screen where you see all your apps.  When I get to the screen where I can view all the apps I have currently opened in the background, Adobe XD is there showing one of my artboards. But whenever I click on it, the app doesn't open. Then, black screen before the screen with all the apps.   I have tried uninstalling the app on my phone and reinstalling. Still no luck.   Anyone got this problem and managed to sort it out?   {Renamed By MOD}

Hi folks.   I'm trying to create a header component in default (logged in) and logged out state.   I managed easily to hide the user avatar in the derived (logged out) state.   But I don't manage to have a log-in link displayed only in the derived state. When I repeat the same as for the avatar (that is 1) selecting default state 2) selecting the element 3) pressing delete), the element is gone in both states.   I also tried changing opacity to 0 in the default state, and setting it to 1 in the derived state, but when I change back to default state, it keeps opacity 1.   Is this a bug for now? It's definitely not what I would expect (at least the opacity issue). Or am I missing something. Is there another way to achieve what I wanna do?   Adding a rectangle that covers that link, which is hidden in the derived state would probably work, but seems like quite a clumsy work-around.   Thanks!   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

Hi! Today I had some problems with the cloud upload and Adobe Xd. I was doing changes in a shared document, but the file wasn't saving properly - changes were not uploaded to the cloud. I tried quitting Adobe Xd, which went without any notification from Adobe Xd, so I thought that everything was fine. Also, when re-opening the file, my changes were still there. However, they were still not uploading to the cloud and the other designer wasn't able to see them. I was also trying with a new file, and trying to add other users in there, but when I did from inside Adobe Xd, I got an error 130.   Since quitting Xd didn't work, I decided to try a reboot of my MacBook. But when I opened Adobe Xd now, all my changes from before were gone. I could only see the state of the document how it was this morning. The new document vanished completely. Is there any way to restore the changes? Are they maybe also stored locally usually?   Thanks for anyone who can help me with this!   {Rena

Hi, has anyone come across creating a search box to search for a product in a given radius?This can be done using Google maps API in coding but I am not sure how to do it in XD.

Hay guys, first i'm sorry for my english if i make mistakes.   I come from application develoment and use in gerneral visual studio. Now i have an idea for an app and wanted to design it in Adobe XD. I know how to use Illustrator so i think it's easier to design an app in XD.   But at the beginning i don't understand what size I should take. I have a iPhone X but I want to make an app for everyone. I can't imagine that I have to design new ones for every size. Should there be a design for all sizes or not?   My goal would be to create a design and program it in Visual Studio. That should be possible or I didn't understand what XD was created for?   I hope my goals and questions are clear. In XD I can use the shortcut CTRL+[ to move an object back. But if I have a lot of layers and I press is over and over to get the top layer down my Windows 10 machine restarts. I have Version 28.5.12 installed.    {Renamed By MOD}

I started using XD not long ago, but it is already quite annoying.   What I want: 12 columns of 68px, with gutters of 24px, and 2 margins at 100px, in an artboard that is 1280px. Now, if you want maths, we have: 12*68+11*24+2*100=1280. Seems okay for now.   The best that XD can give me is: 12 columns of 75px, gutters of 16px and margins of 102px, still on an 1280px artboard. Which is also 1280 (12*75+11*16+2*102=1280).   I tried setting each values, but XD loves to put my margins width at a nice 102 or 104, or else changing the column width. I really wonder how I can enter the values I want, and not get random ones each time. Does anybody have a solution ?   {Renamed By MOD}

I have a number of Cloud Documents. I keep reusable components in one document, which I then use as linked assets in my project specific documents. This works perfectly, most of the time, but in one specific document, I cannot update the Linked Assets. Clicking the button simply does nothing. I don't have this problem in any other document that uses assets from the same Components document.

I created a button with perfect pixel width and height of 220x65 px then export the file from XD to jpg (sample.jpg), and when I open it on Photoshop then zoom in to it to see if its clean straight but its not. And then to be fair I also did the same for the Photoshop I create exact the same button with the same size then export it to jpg (sample2.jpg). and open it once again using PS then zoom and its perfect straight.   {Renamed By MOD}

I'm constantly getting the attached error message when trying to save an XD file.  I then have to rename it to save it every time.  I suspect this has something to do with the fact that the folder it is in is syncing to Google Drive but I'm not sure.  I've seen message about this before and it was marked as "Resolved".  It isn't.  Any suggestions?

Hello all   I would like to embed my shared XD prototype in a Confluence cloud page (we don't have access to HTML macro).     I successfully used the iframe macro with Axure web prototypes, but when I do the same with XD, it doesn't load and gives me the error "xd.adobe.com refused to connect.".  The macro is pretty limited in terms of options (e.g. you can't set custom sanbox attributes).   Thanks in advance   Jon   <The Title was renamed by moderator>
