Questions

I don't know if this is only PC related, but selecting layers is super buggy.   Not only can I not select and move layers at times, sometimes while I try and edit text in a layer - the text that I start to type appears in the font style menu. Not the font family, but in the field where "light," "Light italic," etc. would appear. For example, if I start to type "Submit," the data in that field may look like this: "LigSubmitht"    Other starneg bug is when I am trying to reorder the layers, and the 🚫 symbol appears - and that symbol is overlayed on my whole system, so if I tab over to Chrome, I still see that symbol and the name of the layer.   {Renamed By MOD}

Soon after I open the XD the hand tool (space bar) which was working properly at the beggining stopped to work. it is not showing the hand and I can't move the canvas around.  I have just updated to the latest version, working with Dell XPS 15 i7 8570H, windows 10.    <The Title was renamed by moderator>  

When I export my work, it comes out blurry. I have tried ALL export options (x1 x2 x3 in all devices and all image type), everything still show blurry... It's light but still, not clean. I'm a bit ashamed to show something blurry to a client. My artboard size is standard web site of 1920px width. I don't want to double the size of my artboard as I will loose the real size of my fonts, images etc which will be important informations for my web developer.  I don't understand WHY we can't get the same quality as what we see on our artboard?!This is very frustrating... Did I do something wrong here ? I have read ALL answers on here, never saw a response to this issue. 

hi there! i'm having a pretty annoying problem - though its just the XD that updated this morning, but now it all other apps. when i turn on my tablet to use it on mac os catalian everything is alright till the moment i open on of the apps - then it all crashes down and this appears in the settings (attaching image). can you help me out? maybe new drivers for wacom have been available this week or something? before two weeks was up to date 😕😕

Hi Folks! I created a layout for an app in Illustrator. The customer now wants to have a xaml file for Xamarin or UWP XAML. But I'm a graphic designer and don't have anything to do with programming. I installed Adobe xD and expected to be able to do this with one click, but that doesn't seem to work. II can see al my layers from Illustrator, that makes me happy 😛 Does anyone have a tip? Auto animate does not work properly in preview on Mac OS Catalina. But published link works as expected. It makes XD absolutly useles! Mac OS Catalina, latest version of XD – 28.5.12.5

cant connect xd to creative cloud libraries at all - its working just fine in all other adobe sw.all up to date. i have tried all steps i found (re-installing, Win+5 - didnt help...i realy want to use this corona times to lern how to use xd and its imosible like thetpls help 10X

Hi, I'm suggesting having a global variable which help (at times) create simpler prototypes.    The main function of a global variable is to have consistency across several flows. This means that a setting defined at the beginning will be consistent across an entire flow. This avoids creating duplicate flows to represent meaningful user changes which the user has maintained perceive as changed throughout their experience.   For example, I've selected a day of the week in an event creation flow, yet I can change that day of the week at any moment through the entire flow.   Another way of doing this may be by having several tap actions on components, which would change other component states found in other screens. Or have variable change cause state changes.   Protopie and Axure have a global variable functionality if you're interested in references. (They're really not as interesting as Adobe XD)   {Renamed By MOD}

Hi team! If I "Resolve" a comment, can I undo or track back the "Resolved" comment? Can it have a 2-step confirmation window? Thinking if it's a simple Comment, it won't be a problem, but if it's a bunch of requirements than "Resolving" by mistake then could be a bummer to not be able to restore it back.   Many many thanks in advance! ❤️   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

I have a variety of different XD files for one project. As we are finalizing the designs we can now merge them together. We want to be able to essentially copy and paste the sections while keeping the prototype actions active. Is there a way to do that? From just copy and pasting it does not allow you to keep the prototype actions. Please help!

Hi, is it possible to turn off the autosave mode? Its really frustrating when more people are working with one file, do some change, but dont wanna save it, but its still saved automatically and sometimes it doesnt even give the option to accept changes..   Many thanks Zdenka   {Renamed By MOD}

Okay, I really don't know how XD works with component states. I also think that the component tool behaviours are changing every XD update.   I want to create a simple button : - I create my button with a text and background behind it - I make it a component - I create a new state (not Hover state, new state when clicked). - In this new state, I change the background and texte color, i DO NOT touch the text layer   Then, when I change the text on my Default State, it changes on my second state <- that's the way I want it, it's normal.    But, when I duplicate this component, in order to have a new button that comes from that main component, I change the text on the defaut state, but the text on the second state is the same as the text in the second state of my main component. Wtf.   The only way I can have my button with the same content on the 2 states (like every button) is to write the main text on EVERY state of each button. I just want to change it on m

Hi - When I create a component made up of multiple elements (text, shape, etc) and try to make it larger or smaller, to fit on my artboard, the component loses structure and the items seem to move closer or farther away from each other instead of the component itself actually getting bigger of smaller.  I am very new to adobe so I hope this questions makes sense.  I attached a picture to reference.     {Renamed By MOD}

I want to know that can I replicate the Adobe XD UI in my person business web application (“It’s a teachers, Students, Employers Application, not similar like Adobe XD”). So I just want to know that can I use Adobe XD design style in my application? I’m also design my self by my code also back end side I do everything, I just like the adobe XD design so thinking to make my application UI style like adobe XD. So can I? And if not then any step to follow for get permission.

I have designed something for web-1920-1080 in adobe xd and when I export it to a web page, it does not show the same as it's shown on the adobe xd preview! In the first image. you'll see the adobe xd preview and in the second one, you'll see the chrome preview (above the start button the text is not at the same length as it is in the adobe xd preview ). New to XD. While modifying my design, I hit a quick key that caused all my artboards to have a white semi transparent overlay on them. Not sure what setting I changed but I'd like to remove it. I can still edit the design, I just can't remove the overlay.    {Renamed By MOD}

Hi. I'm unable to share my prototype on Behance, it says '"embed code is invalid" when I try to create a link for development using a share link. I'm using the current updated version of xd which is missing the dedicated "export prototype" button.
