Hi All, I have the latest version of Adobe XD and amd running MacOS 10.14.6 and I can't seem to drag and drop images from the Adobe creative cloud library.  I tried with SVG files and .AI files.  I've searched thoroughly through the forum and can't find any mac user with this issue for 10.14, only users of the Catalina Beta which I'm not running.I installed Adobe XD a couple of months ago and used it infrequently.  I don't know if this problem was there the entire time or if this is a new issue due to an update, as I only tried to drag and drop images today. Does anyone know what I can do?  I see the recommendation to Windows users of updating the graphic drivers but I'm on a Mac and I don't think this applies given Macs update this for you and my system is fully updated. Thanks,Gabriel

Hi there,Im having an issue with using the different component states on XD. I have added a video as reference. As you can see whenever i change the hover state it is affecting the defaut state as well. Am i doing something wrong ? Help!

I'd like to create additional Artboards in my working file. However, my tool menu only shows an arrow and a magnifying glass. How can I add more buttons to my Toolbar, like the Artboard tool?

I was using XD yesterday and tidying up my document, ensuring all the colours were using the linked assets from a library shared from another document. When I closed the document at the end of yesterday you can see in the screenshot below that the "+" button in colours is greyed out and all colours in this artboard are contained within the document assets. But when I have opened it this morning (A few minor tweaks were made after the above screenshot) now multiple colours are no longer linked.  As can been seen from the screenshot the colours are only associated with text. This also kept happening repeatedly while I was working on the project yesterday, I would come back to an artboard after a few hours without making any changes and all the colours assoicated with text would have unlinked from the correct library colour.Any help would be appricated.

Hi, How do I edit a character style? The user guide instructs you to right-click it in the Document Assets panel then click Edit in the dropdown, but I don't see "Edit" as an option. And is there any alternate way to update a style or is this the only route (such as by modifying an instance of it and pushing updates to the style)? I'm on a Mac, using Control key + click to replicate right click.

Cannot sync any data. I cannot access to any of my cloud files. What should I do?  

I have been trying more than 2 days to figure it out and I asked 3 people to help me no one did help me,I have 2 laptop, Windows 9 and Windows 11, and I tried to live preview in my 3 android devicesI have the new update for the adobe software and adobe mobile and I have 2 usb and 1 usbs ( because someone told me maybe this is the issue) and now someone told me Adobe xd doesn't support live preview for window to android , you will need to save the file to cloud and then see it in "Adobe XD" android app. I dont think that's true I think he just dont want to work. Can someone help me please?

I had signed up for Adobe XD 7 day trial and now I am not able to see an option to cancel this before trial period ends.Could someone please help me with this? 

After weeks of working happily in Figma, today I have to work in XD. I've only just started, this is how it's gone so far:-I receive an invite for an XD document, and I try to open it. XD opens and freezes on a blank screen.-I quit XD.-I reopen XD, blank page again.-I quit XD.-I reopen XD, now it opens.-I try to open the document that I've been invited to, I get a message saying that I need to update XD. The last time I used XD was a month ago. Hi, we're a team of 3 people, two of us currently use Adobe XD.Do I understand correctly that the only way to share our documents across co-workers is to have a business plan? Right now I can invite/share individual document with my coworker, how would this process change if we were to upgrade to a business plan?

Dear Support, I am writing to report an issue I am currently experiencing with Adobe XD. Since yesterday, the software has been randomly freezing and lagging, making it frustrating to work and use.The problem started two days ago, and I have tried several solutions to resolve it. I have updated Windows, updated my video card driver, and updated Adobe XD, but unfortunately, none of these actions have made a difference. I have also noticed that XD requires more RAM than usual after I open a project. Once the project is opened, the RAM usage reaches 95%, but it gradually decreases over time to normal levels.I have attached a video demonstrating the problem for your reference. I would appreciate any advice or guidance on how to resolve this issue. Thank you for your time and assistance.

I started publishing my cloud-based XD library 3 days ago, and it's still ongoing... like WTF? The library is very small, couple colors, some svg drawings, some other assets, 100+ small icons, nothing special. I can't update it or use in a satisfying way while working on my app project. Please help anybody, it's really weird 😞 XD is a part of CC set. Thank you in advance. JSJJ/Qc 

I have created my navigation menu for my company site. It works fine, I created a bar that is like elastic. So when you go from the home page to the contact page, the elastic bar does not stretch across the entire navigation. It will only stretch to the icon next to itself (if this makes sense). It will work smoothly though. So for intsance:Home Portfolio About Store Contact The bar will do the elastic streatch from Home to Portfolio,But the bar will not do the elastic streatch from Home to Contact. It will just move to Contact in the navigation menu.I can't seem to find a fix. If anyone knows how to do this, I would surly appreciate it.

How can I export a layer in Adobe XD that includes the artboard background color? When I export as a JPG, the colors appear lighter in XD because the artboard has a color applied to it.Sure, I'd be happy to help. Thank you for using my services!

I've just noticed with a document containing 100+ artboards that text line height has changed how height of the text container is calculated. Similar issue with symbols (buttons) containing text because vertical padding was manually modified to result in buttons being 24/32/40px in height. I use increment of 8 for all heights, spacings & paddings and now I have inconsistency all over the place. Has anyone noticed this?

Hi, since a few days ago I can't open local files when I open XD first and then go up to File -> Open local files.It opens normally if I find the file in finder and double click it.Which leads me to my main issue: I can't export anything from an open file.As always, I select the Asset left in Layers or direct in the file and right click it, then I press the export selected option and nothing happens. I've uninstalled Adobe XD several times, cleaned it and the whole Adobe suite with the clean up Tool but it didn't help. I'm currently using my Windows machine to export assets from XD and that works, but it troublesome to keep transfering that from Windows to my work macbook.  Has anyone some ideas what could I do with this issue? My last step is to nuke Macos (latest version) and reinstall everything, but I would like to avoid that because it's time consuming.
