I work in a close enviroment where there is not internet connection always. I have to use Adobe XD at my workplace. Internet can be used for the first time installation only but not after that. Can Adobe XD be used offline?, If yes, then can all the toolkits of fonts and other things come as a package and be installed at once?

I JUST CAN'T WORK BECAUSE THE SOFTWARE AUTOMATICALLY SAVES EVERY SMALL CHANGE I MAKE. I WANT TO THROW MY NOTEBOOK ON THE WALL WHEN THIS HAPPENS (🙎🙎🙎) . I LOVE MY JOB, BUT ADOBE XD MAKES ME HATE IT WITH ALL MY STRENGTH. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD FIX THIS! 🙏 I CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE. IT IS SO STRESSING (🙎🙎🙎) THAT I ASKED MY MANAGER TO BUY THE FIGMA LICENSE BECAUSE IT IS UNBEARABLE TO WORK WITH YOUR SOFTWARE. HOWEVER, WHILE MY FIGMA LICENSE IS NOT PURCHASED BY THE COMPANY'S COMMERCIAL DEPARTMENT, I AM OBLIGED TO GET ANGER WITH XD. HEEELP!!!

Hi all,I really don't know how to call it correctly so I don't even know, how to find it here. But I noticed one thing. If I work on my design on my laptop and then, I move it to my PC, it looks like the heights of row are different. For example if I have two elements top aligned, then it's ok on laptop, but on PC one element is lower than the other one. Do you know please, what it is? Thanks.Tomas

I can't seem to get a hover state with a pass through overlay to work on an image.The default state is the image at 100% opacity at normal.I'd like the hover state to have transparent color overlay. As soon as I try to assign a hover state the violet disappears or I can't assign the hover or the default and the hover become the same. The selected state has a keyline border.Any help will be appreciated!

Getting error 44:23 when trying to create shared link. Hi All;When I try to view a prototype on Adobe XD Mobile in my iPhone X Max, the transition are laggy and it takes time to respon to the taps. I used XDViewer as an alternative and the transition play very smooth and there is no delay, but the screens on XDviewer are cropped. It will be nice to be able to use XD Mobile app to showcase my prototypes and not rely on third party apps! iPhone Xs Max Software version 14.4.2MacBook Pro 13" Software version 11.1 XD Mobile app  and  Mac using latest version 

Hi, Recently my adobe CC license was revoked as per an internal request by my team as we no longer needed it. The account had some files which we needed, after the revocation, I am unable to find the adobe xd files in your files section. It was not in my cloud storage as well. Currently, adobe xd shows that I am on the starter pack. Can anyone help me guide to where can I find my old files?

Since last week that all the libraries disappeared ... the ones that I own and the ones that were shared with me and the team... know all the files have a ton of broken links and are impossible to work with.Did these happen to anyone else?How did o solve the problem?Thanks

Hi! I am currently working on an app prototype that requires sound playback, like a soundboard. The functionality is integrated perfectly fine in XD and it works great when previewing on my desktop! However, when launching the file on my iPad (via USB or via cloud storage, XD app), no sound plays whatsoever. Hotspot Hints indicate that the sounds are included in the version running on the iPad, but nothing happens when touching it.  Does anyone know what could be the cause of this? Thanks! -Wisse (attached is my project with most assets removed but the sound buttons still intact)

Hi, I created a button and enabled responsive design, kept the width fixed in manual settings but whenever I am increasing the text lenght or size my button resizes, so basically my concern is that I don't want the button frame/BG to increase its size when I change the text inside it. any help or solution please?

Very often when I select and/or edit the text in Adobe XD, I get this services menu popping out on the screen when I left-click on the text:        This is very annoying. Any ideas on how to disable it completely?

 

Hello, From the morning today trying to update links of one particular XD file gives error:Something went wrong.Learn More (Error 2090) The help article under Learn More link has zero info about any 20xx error codes.This file which gives link updating error is stored on the cloud. Tried updating links from other files, they worked as needed. But updating links from this particular file always fail with same message. Searching internet didn't give any info. Things tried so far:Did some modifications in the designsDid changes in the prototype links of pagesDid changes in componentsClosed and reopened XD appTried changing "View Settings" from Development to Design Review, and other optionsTried chaning "Link Access" from "Anyone with the link" to "Only invited people", and other optionsTried creating new link by making some other artboard as home pageDeleted one link from the same file (That file had 4 links and all used by developers, for this problem tried deleted on

Respected Sir, i am facing some problem in prototype.when i click on play button for preview prototype. after clicking prototype viewer show me just a white line  on screen you can see in screenshots.Reall screens of artboard are not display.plz help me to slove this problem. I am not able to autoplay 2 videos in a artboard

I recently switched to an Android phone and installed Android File Transfer. Everything works fine between Mac and Android until I open Adobe XD on my Mac. Then I'm prompted to download Adobe XD on my Adroid and my connection to Android File Transfer is severed. The message I get is "Adobe XD No installed apps work with this USB accessory. Learn more about this accessory at https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.adobe.sparklerandroid. I can't re-access AFT until Adobe XD is closed on my Mac. Is there a way to disable the connection between XD on my Mac and on my Android? It's very frustrating as it is, now.

I have an artboard that has a time trigger with a 2 sec delay. However, it works inconsistently and it is really odd - if you land on it from any element that is positioned in the top part of another artboard then it doesn't work. E.g. a Home button placed in the top menu on any page will take you to this artboard (Homepage) but the time trigger won't work; if I then move that same button to the middle of the page then it will take me to Home and the time trigger will actually work. It baffles me how the position of a linked element that takes you to an artboard can affect that same artboard's interactions. Does anyone have an explanation/solution for this? To me, it seems like a bug. 

I've created a page with multiple accordion drop-down menus. The drop-downs are placed one above the other. In Prototype mode, the drop-down menu above will cover the other drop-down menu below when clicked. Is there any way to get the drop-down menu below the first to shift down when the first one is clicked? I've also tried to combine multiple drop-down menus as one component, but this isn't a viable solution. I'm trying to create multiple dropdowns, stacked above each other, each with the ability to be clicked independently without closing the other. Hope that makes sense and thanks for the help!
