Can't install the XD and get error code : 113   <Title renamed by moderator>

Hi,    In online XD prototypes, I can only see the colors and character styles, but not the components in the developer mode specs. It would be helpful for our developers to see the component names as well.Is there any way to make this possible in XD, or in the pipeline to create this feature?    <Title renamed by moderator>

Is there a way to set a fit behavior when I drag and drop an image into a mask? XD always completely fills the mask, cropping out any content that is too tall or wide. Fit options, typically fit, fill and stretch, are pretty standard elsewhere, including InDesign, so I'm hoping I'm just missing something. As context, I'm building a component where I need to drop in a new icon image for every instance, and this component is going to be used all over the place. Unless I'm missing something, I'm going to need to reize the icon image every single time I create a new instance of this component. Help will be much appreciated!   <Title renamed by moderator>

Is the only way to update a character style to right click and edit it that way? I'd like to be able to change one of the instances of the file, and then 'redefine' the style... similar to InDesign.   <Title renamed by moderator>

Hi Adobe XD Support, I've noticed that the artboard title names are not displaying in my Adobe XD App (refer to the attached screenshot). I'm not sure if this is some kind of glitch or whether I need to use some shortcut to display them. I've even tried reinstalling the app, but the artboard names still refuse to appear. Currently using Adobe XD on Windows 11. Please help! Thanks,Neil

I'm not sure where else to report this, but most images aren't loading on articles in the XD learning section. I'm using Safari 16.2 on MacOS 13.1. Dear Adobe,As we witness the death throes of XD, and the rise of Figma as it's heir apparrent, users are left in limbo. At the very least, I would have expected answers to three basic questions:Why isn't there a published road map, especially for XD users?Are XD users now expected to pay full price for a Figma subscription as a reward for adopting and help in building it?Is there anyone at Adobe even in charge of this process?I've been an Adobe user for several years and I can honestly state, I've not witnessed a worse product acquisiton. From the outside, the acquistion has all the appearences of a good thing.From the inside:It appears no one has actually taken the time to think this through.Or, worse, they have thought it through and realize how screwed up it is.I dare say the acquisition of MacroMedia, which was far more complex, was model of efficiency. HiWe have recently starting using creative cloud mostly for indesign or photoshop but one of the teachers expressed an interest in using XD. XD will run fine the first time after installation under the user profile but once the user closes XD from then on it will get stuck on the XD loading screen  I have spent some time googling and tried a number of fixes already from wiping temp files to running cc cleaner after uninstalling / reinstalling  If the user moves to a different PC they can run XD again but only once Any help greatly appreciated 

Hi all, Ive been struggling figuring out how to make my buttons work correctly. For example clicking on first button sould change to black when selected but then when you click on the second button to select it, the first button should go back to default color vice a versa. For the last week, I keep getting the error message 44:23 when trying to create a prototype link. I am able to resolve the issue by doing random things. The "fix" isn't consistent for any of my files.For example one of my files had five artboards and was not able to generate a link until I deleted a random SVG image, created the link, then pasted the SVG back in and updated the link. I tried this on another file with three artboards and it did not work. I wound up deleting all but one artboard and was then able to create the link and paste back in the remaining artboards and update. Another file, I had to remove all interactions and no artboards. My brain hurts.I see a similar problem from 2021 due to a maintenance issue. Hoping this is the case this time and will be resolved soon.

In PS it works space bar + click on mouse but in XD the hand doesn't appear and I can't move around, any ideas how to fix it? I'm using wacom intuos.

I have a project with a lot of art boards. They have the size of 1280x1024. When I preview these after the latest update (0.5.4.51) I only see half of the window. I would like to have the ability to change the size of the preview window.

Hi All, May be I am doing this wrong but I have purchase Material UI kit for adobe xd and have a zip file. What I would like to do is this:To have a fully interactive interface (something one could easily pull off in Adobe XD); an interactive offline web-page could potentially serve the same purpose, in order to showcase my high quality 4K work for potential clients OFFLINE. It would be something like an interactive video gallery where clients could go through different categories of work on an offline laptop: longer films, shorter films, snippets and extra material would be in different categories (all files stored locally), and the interface has visual elements from my company's name. In terms of design this is possible both in XD and in Dreamweaver. However, the problem arises when I'm not able to embed or link to local files of this size. Initially I tried solving my issue with the Anima plugin for XD, but this only supports Mp4, and it needs to be uploaded to an online server to work. For the life of me, I can't figure out how to share my XD cloud documents, in an organized way, to my coworkers.I have tons of XD documents that I've now organized using the XD cloud documents folder feature. The problem is, while I can share individual files, I can't give my coworkers the organization of folders that I have.Questions:1. Should I be able to do this?2. If I can't, are they able to organize their "shared with you" files into folders?3. If I can't share my XD cloud documents folder, is there some way to put that folder into the synced files? Will this disrupt any of our work/prototype links?Thank you for the help

Newbie here. I'm creating a prototype for a website and am building a header with 3 states. Each state will reveal a unique color, image, text message. Initially functioned fine, however I recently changed the background color (simple rectangle shape) and image in the second state, however when I preview in prototype, the old color and image is still visible in the brief transition between the modified state and the next state, for a nanosecond. I'm modifying the original component, so I don't believe that's the issue. In Design mode, when I select each state, there's no sign of the old color and image, and there is no indication in the layer panel of the old color and image. Yet it must remain somewhere in a down state or a transition that I can't access. Could someone please help me find where the old color and image are coming in? Maybe help me access where this is coming from? Thank you so much in advance! I have copied this component into a new file I can share if needed.

I appreciate having some preset artboard sizes, but the ones shown for mobile devices do not reflect the most commonly used models or screen sizes. The prestige devices shown just aren't representative of the devices in people's hands. For example, most common resolution reported by BrowserStack is 360x800 (8.5%), with over a quarter of device resolutions coming at or under that width. Providing the most common resolutions for artboard presets would align with some a core values of experience design - knowing our users. Keeping these up to date would also be a great opportunity for Adobe to flex the analytics capabilities of Experience Cloud and provide a point of integration with Creative Cloud. This would just be super useful.So... can we get artboard presets that align with screen sizes on which our designs will appear most often?

The message reads: "There was an error opening the file (Error code: 88). This is not a valid XD document." I've tried updating XD and is now verson 24.0.22.19 and my file was saved in my computer. Bonjour,Tout est dans le titre, lorsque je fais exporter mes pages adobe XD en pdf tous mes textes se transforme en symbole.. je ne sais pas trop comment régler ce problème, j'image que le souci vient de la typo..Mon collègue et moi sommes sur PC et on a tout les deux le même problème mais une autre collègue qui fonctionne sur Mac n'a pas ce problème là, ça s'exporte correctement pour elle. Etrange non ?

I have tried for over 2 weeks to get XD to start - but all I get is the start up screen with the logo - and it just stays that way. I have had the head of tech in our company, a real geek, to try and solve this using various admin and command promt related ways to try and solve this. He has given up. The problem remains.Tried this:- Uninstall and install many times. Both in safe mode and with restarts.- Changed graphics drivers several times- Various command promt related - Tried almost every single thing we could find online - none of them worked- All other programs work just fine with my machine   Please help.Also where do you get a Adobe ticket to the problem - do they give such support?MY RIG WIN 10 64Regards Jonas    <Title renamed by moderator>
