Cannot export

Everytime I try to export, I get a: After Effects:AEGP Plugin AEDynamicLinkServer: Adobe Media Encoder is not installed

 

And then: AEGP Plugin: Failed to connect to Adobe Media Encoder (5027 :: 12)

 

I do have the lastest versions of both After Effects and Media Encoder downloaded. I have restarted/re-launched, uninstalled and re-installed all softwares.

I'd try clearing the preferences for the apps. Delete the prefs in documents/adobe and also and re-install again.
