How to resize the popout menus in After Effects? (Windows 10)

No matter what I do I cannot seem to resize the popout menus in After Effects! It is driving me nuts and I am unable to finish my project without accessing the settings within this menu.

 

I have tried changing my screen resolution but it has not effect on AE? I cannot grab and resize the panel at all, I tried using ALT+SpaceBar+M which allowed me to move the window for a moment, beforfe it snapped right back. I attempted to scroll through the options with tab but it will not let me hit ''OK'' to finalize any settings I've applied blind...  I've posted to Reddit and Discord for help but nobody seems able to help with this issue?

What can I do? Thanks in advance.

Correct answer Mylenium

Change the system's UI scale settings to 100% and try again. That said, your screen simply looks like it doesn't meet the minimum system requirements one way or the other, so it may just not work.
