Im losing money on my credit card because of "after effects" trial subscription but i dont have one.

I cant really contact the adobe support so im asking here for help. They are taking money from my credit card since May 2022. I dont have a subscription. Ive never used After Effects because I can't. On my profile with all my emails I have no active subscription but I'm losing money. I need to talk with the support to understand the situation. Please help.

This is a user-to-user forum and we can't help you with subscriptions since we're not Adobe employees. Why can't you contact customer support? Is it possible that you somehow signed up for an annual subscription and then you're either still paying for it or you can't cancel due to penalties? https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html#cancel
