The error messages translates for me as "the file cannot be played, this could be the file type is not supported, the extension is incorrect or the file is corrupted" (thank you - Google Translate's camera on iOS)

• Is the video defintely an MP4 video?
• What software or device created the video?
• Does the file playback on your computer?
• Have you tried uploading it to Adobe Expess - https://express.adobe.com/sp/tools/convert-to-mp4
• Have you tried another desktop converter like Handbrake or VLC?

Update your system's graphics driver and check your hardware acceleration settings. Anything more will require exact info about your computer and the project, none of which you have provided.
