Hi, there actually I want to buy adobe photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and adobe After effect. Can u plz tell me that there is a plan for this or not.

You can subscribe to plans for each of these apps, but they're $20/mo. You're better off getting the all apps plan for $52USD/mo.

If you're talking about purchasing a perpetual license that you own and don't have to pay for monthly, you can't do that anymore. Creative Cloud apps are subscription-based only, with no exceptions.
