When I export PSD file To After Effects, the PSD Layer's effects act around the Comp's Aspect Ratio

I will attach pictures of my problem. I do not know how to fix this.

After Effects will crop imported Photoshop files and adds the layer styles you apply in Photoshop by default. That is what is causing the problem. If you choose a layer or import as a composition you can choose to merge layer styles into footage and or ignore them. If you ignore them, you will have to recreate them. 

 

You could always increase the size of the Photoshop file by using the crop tool to give your canvas some extra room so the edge effects can be cropped by After Effects. 

* The "Drag & Drop here..." area is buggy and should not be used to share images. Please use the toolbar or just drag your images to the reply field.
