Yeah, so I figured out a work around for this, but it took over 37 tries and I'm still not quite satisfied. This is the scene:I have a horse, connected to a carriage. Because it's connected to a carriage I need 2 of them. They need the horse clomp sounds to time with the carriage+ equipment. I spent several weeks on this. TT I bought some coconuts for the horse clomping sounds, looked up horses walking ADRed it. So originally, I animated the horse first, then the horse harness equipment to time to the horse, then duplicated the horse to attach to the carriage.Fine. I timed the horse clomping sound to the horse's hooves.This was fine in full animation size. I make application in Adobe Animate CC 2021 and publish for Android. When I open my application,I see "White Stage" in display. How I can remove "White Stage" in my application? 

I've been working in Adobe Animate for a while now and have always been able to publish and open the created HTML file immediately into my default browser with the shortcut key command + return. Upon updating my Mac to Sonoma, animate no longer opens the HTML file in my browser. I now have to go to the file in Finder and manually open it. I can not find the setting that allows me to change this within Adobe Animate. Is there a setting I can change this on or is there another possible issue?

Hi, is it possible to create an HTML banner in Adobe Animate that is 100% responsive. So not only keeping the ratio by window size but setting all elements in a percentage ratio?So that the height of the banner is detached from the width.

this video mentioned that you can download a old version of macromedia flash for free that is LEGAL. I wanted to make sure because I know that pirated versions of software are a big problem and I wanted to make sure that this was approved by adobe (since they bought out macromedia). Hello I need to export an entire sequence of animation, as opposed to indivdiual symbols, made in Adobe Animate 2024 in a spritesheet format so that each frame can be played back using Canvas API. ChatAPI suggets using Generate Sprite Sheet located in the Command menu as shown in the attachment below, but there's no such menu item so far as I'm aware.  I am aware there is Generate Style Sheet plugin for Photoshop. However, I'd rather directly export a whole sequence in this fashion straight from Animate. If anyone knows any effective ways of achieving the objective, please let me know. Thanks for reading!

So, I often create items from other places... say a Map of Europe from Wikipedia... Or I import items from illustrator to animate into Animate.Every time I copy-paste from a different program it renames the layer to: "FlashAICB"This creates issues because if I have a long animation, then I am not sure which layer is what. It keeps overwriting the layer name. Sometimes I type the name prior to pasting, and then it deletes it. If I'm animating... say a series of backgrounds, pasting a new background is locical, but I don't want to have to ename the freaking layer 20 times for 20 backgrounds away from the nondescript "FlashAICB" when I've already named it "Background" and the file has a name.Is there a way to prevent Animate from renaming the layer?  To demonstrate the issue:New Document: Layer 1 is named: Layer_1Illustrator import star: The layer is renamed "FlashAICB"OK... Hi! I've been working on an interactive character animation for a school project and have been having some issues with it. I'm very new to Animate and was originally working with an HTML5 canvas. I was having issuses with some of my animations and music not playing, so my professor suggested I convert it to an ActrionScript3 file. That fixed those issues, but presented many more as I have to recode all of my animation. The animation is a basic dress up game where the player can press start, click on an area to reveal a piece of clothing, click on the clothing to put it on the character, and then click a button that restarts the animation. I've been working with simple timeline animation, calling frames and frame labels to jump around, however when using code snippets to re-code my buttons I got an error saying, "1120: Acess of undefined property clothesRVL." My animation was working fine before I added an action to clothesRVL, and I suspect it's not working because I called a fram

I am currently animating an HTML banner that uses a blur filter on some elements. After exporting the HTML data everything works except that no blur effect is visible.Is this a bug or is it not possible per se?

Sorry to bother. I'm working on a c extension and following the code example successfully compiled it into a dll. Here is my code. Place the extension into the specified folder.  The defined DeviceInfo can be accessed normally, but the functions inside cannot be accessed. I'm not very familiar with C language. Please help me how to access the functions inside. There are really very few official examples.

I am trying to export an Adobe Animate file with an embedded video. The embedded video works fine, except for the first second, where it does not appear at all. Any idea why this might be? 

Good morning. I use the "textinput" component in my game. I noticed that this message is displayed in the console in the Chrome browser. What could it mean? Will Adobe update "textinput" to work if the Listener is already removed from the browser? What can I do to avoid the game not working once this is removed? 

Hi,tldr; are there anything at all (even paid options) that lets me export animation as a svg, other than snap.svg plugin?I need to export animations as small svg clips, and canvas elements will not fit the bill at all in any shape or form. However, snap.svg, the plugin, is at best outdated and is no longer maintained (their own GitHub page admits this), and at worst it was a shady work around to begin with. Just tried to install it on my new computer, and it wouldn't even install with the zxp file supposedly being corrupted or something. I just with Adobe Animate could do this out of the box - for something that's called Adobe Animate CC, and branded as a software that's going to replace Flash, not being able to export my animation as svg seems ridiculous.Fingers crossed for a solution... Or what does anyone have an alternative platform altogether for something like this?Best,Tony

Hi,in a game i use keyboard events in canvas/html. in normal exported html all works fine.Trying to play the game in an separate html with  iframe-tag,  keyboard events are nor recognized.Is there a workaround for this?Kind regards.

Hi, I'm currently practising with Animate. My experience is therefore not yet that great. For our shop I should animate a figure that waves. I got the waving "reasonably" right, but the figure is still extremely stiff. How can I work on the figure so that it doesn't look so stiff? Do you have any tips and tricks or tutorials for me? Unfortunately, I couldn't find anything in the media centre that really addresses my problem. I don't want him to move any further, but "just" not look so stiff. But when I do something with the scaling, for example, it looks even more unnatural than usual. I would be very grateful for a few professional tips.

I'm quite new to Animate and was fooling around in the software recently for my final. I followed some tutorials online and tried to implement some basic interactivity in my animation. Once I started putting in buttons the entire animation broke outside of the timeline I can't seem to test or publish the file as an HTML. I'm beyond stumped here and read through some posts with similar issues but they all seem to be centered around broken scripts which I assume is my issue. I can include the file and maybe some savvy vets could offer some basic advice my instructor isn't available for personal emails and I'm a bit stumped.  Any help at all would be incredible and Id be very grateful. 

hello, I may have been a little neglectful andddd forgot to save an animation before updating my Adobe Animate. I have autosave on but I never saved the FLA to my computer... Any fixes? 

I need to insert some frames in the middle of my animation. It must be all the way down the timeline.

Hi all,I'm far from an expert so excuse me if this is a stupid situation. I've been bashing my head against the wall trying to figure this out, or even finding a plug-in to do it.I want to copy and past a classic tween - not the contents, just the effects. I've tried copy and paste frames but this also pastes the content of the frame. All I want to do is copy and paste the effect.. that's all. Example: I have text that has an opacity tween on it. I want to apply this opacity tween to more text without the text itself changing. This is just one example. I have specific timed tweens and I want to make sure they're correct across all of my work without having to rewrite everything. I just can't believe this isn't already a thing and if it is that it's not mentioned anywhere. Thanks in advance.

I have been working hard on using the animate feature.  It seems everything I have tried has failed. I just attempted the "How I lip synch" by Wengsome.  He is very good and everything seemed to work up about the end. In this tutorial he provides a photoshop ai fil with the head and visemes.  The comes in after the voices are imported.  When I keep them in a bundle they do not seperate in the time line each shape to the sound. The same is true in the automated lip synch. When I seperate them in then the auto lip synch function sees all of the shapes and in either case I am unable assign one viseme for each sound. I am just looking for someway to use the lip synch. any help is apprieciated, I have gone through about 4 tutorials plus a one on one about a month ago. 

So I was doing my usual work with flash when I switched to my brush. Wanted about an 25 or so but i couldn't change the stroke size. It doesn't say anything it just won't let me drag it. Its really irritating... Got any advice?

Hey, not sure if this is a bug or if i've changed something, but I was trying to rearange some simple shapes in a document today only to find that the free transform tool was selecting my ovals diagonally making the task of manipulating the size and width awkward.  Any Ideas on whats causing this? I'm sure its something simple ive missed but cant seem to find a solution?
