A banner I've uploaded has come up with the error [Missing primary asset check]. On Google Ads Help, it mentions this [Primary .HTML files include an Ad Size tag such as <meta name=”ad.size” content=”width=300,height=250”>.] I've added it, but still doesn't pass the validator. Can anyone advise on a fix please? Many thank.

Hello.I'm producing a HTML5 canvas. The creative includes a cursor which moves and stops, and moves again within a 30 second animation.The cursor graphic is a symbol. I'm using a motion tween. But when the cursor stops for a few seconds, then moves again, the graphic still moves slightly. I've tried to control it with the X and Y locations, but it's not easy.Anyone got any suggestions on how I can get a better result, please?

Whenever I attempt to distrubute something to layers, I usually recieve "Could not complete the operation because of an unknown error", or it deletes most of the objects when creating new layers, or the program will crash entirely. I have already tried reinstalling and restarting my computer. Although, I am not sure if I am properly uninstalling and reinstalling CS6 because the settings I have changed to default are still saved when I reinstall the program. Does anyone have any advice for this?

HiI am having to pick up some banner designs in Animate, and please forgive my ignorance, but need to create 2 buttons going to 2 different URLs on the same banner. I can get two areas working as buttons but both go to the same URL or at least one overides the other. Can someone please help on how to stop this, or help explain for to create the two buttons?

The Auto Lip Sync feature in Adobe Animate provide 12 viseme to match your mouth shapes to.Most mouth rig templates do not match these 12, instead they look like the two I have attached (1. Shutterstock, 2, Boy Mouth).Can anyone tell me why this is?Thanks

Adobe animate 2021 is updated to animate 2023. AIR windows SDK also added. AIR.exe version 50.2.3.1 version installed. The SWF file created in animate, action script and working in flash player (target).  If I change target to AIR Desktop 50.2.3.1 it showing error message. Error #2067: The ExternalInterface is not available in this container. ExternalInterface requires Internet Explorer ActiveX, Firefox, Mozilla 1.7.5 and greater, or other browsers that support NPRuntime. ola tudo bem ? então pessoal quero fazer uma interação usando a (time line) do adobe animate so que não estou conseguindo pode ser uma coisa simples...mais ja tentei de tudo talvez vocês podem min ajudar espero ... é o seguinte o problema é nas cenas eu fiz com bolas para ficar melhor o compreendimento de voçês certo eu quero fazer como se fossem interruptores,,, entre as cenas ou na time line ficar alternando uma na outra ,,,na bola verde i vermelha da cena 1 as duas são um simbolo coloquei como botões ok.... mais quando clicko na bola verde da cena 1 ela vai para minha outra cena que seria a 2 ate ai tudo bem... so que eu quero quando eu fazer essa ação a minha bola vermelha ela possa vir também sabe ? eu quero como se ela fosse uma coisa estatica na cena mais que tambem ela serviria para voltar para cena 1... é como se fosse a bola verde liga (on) e a vermelha a deliga (off) mais que ela não mude de cor entre a cena 1 é 2 é isso como si fossem interruptore de uma lâmpada ...espero q

after rendering the video, this message appears. The media encoder does not process the file, it writes an error. How to fix it     

When I try to publish as AIR, it only publishes an AIRI file, that doesn't execute. While the preview functions properly, when I try to publish as an exe, it seems to start at a submenu rather than the normal starting frame. Can AS3 have any internal AIR dependencies, or is there another reason why the exe doesn't start properly?

I tried with other animations but it still doesnt work. I also tried with different files.

I updated Adobe animate 2023 then after the cloud corrupted my files due to a sync error the program keeps crashing and shutting down creating recovery files every 10 minutes. I re-download the app didn't work I redownload the previous version still didn't work. I've lost weeks of work due to this issue.

I've been saving alot of copies of my project out of fear of progress lost, but because of this it's creating alot of copies of the files in the project. Every time I try to delete them though it corrupts my file. It's starting to cause an issue, the copies go up to 240 by now 😞

Hello, I have created a HTML5 Canvas Banner and used a custom local font. Now I was looking for a solution to embed the font. I would just put it in the HTML code. But I noticed that the font is also displayed like this on machines where the font is not installed. The font is not in paths. How can this be? Does Animate do the embedding automatically and I don't have to do anything?

Suddenly getting this error on my version of Flash CS6. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling all C++ packages on Windows 10 64-bit installation. Also attempted to uninstall .NET 4.8 which has reinstalled itself with windows update. I know that this is legacy software. I used Flash CS6 as it will run on my hardware. Adobe cc will not. Any advice from any user/s who have actually experienced AND troubleshot this problem would be very much appreciated.

Sometimes Adobe Animate reset. The recent files and freesyle rigging disappear. I did rig layers with freestyle rigging. Becuase Adobe Animate reset, the layers is invisible. I hide and don't hide the layers but don't see them. How do i see the layers?
