Updated to Sonoma (Macbook Air, M2) and folders no longer open when dragged to the Bridge doc icon except if Bridge is closed. In other words, it will do it once and open Bridge in the process but not again. I have to navigate through the "folder" window after that. What's up? Is there a fix in the works or one people know? JS

Hello, could anyone kindly help me, please? I use Adobe Bridge app, and lately I started having problems with the Photo Downloader app unasked opening, which is increasinly irritating. it pops up a few times while the Bridge is working. I haven't found any Settings on how to turn it off.How to disable or get rid of it (I am planning to keep using the Bridge itself though)?Any help would be greatly appreciated!Thank youAnna

Hi all.I scroll through images and very often I need to expand these stacks and automatically, when you do everything quickly, you need to think whether the photos are collected in a stack or not, since even with the expanded option, numbers are displayed on them, and the expand all option does not always work correctly.This functionality is very inconvenient for me. How to disable auto selection? for ever.

Hi All, recieved a strange error message while using bridge. see below. have no clue what it means or what I did wrong to get it. Any one have anexplanation that makes sence to me.? regards, Sandy 

I have thousands of images assigned to collections in Bridge. How do I back up all this work so I can restore it on another laptop? At some point I will get a new laptop and I don't want to have to recreate all this work.  Thank you! 

There appear to be two new issues introduced into the most recent version of Bridge 13.0.4.755 1. Scrolling in the non-content windows is extremely slow, and has been made slower since the last update. It is so slow that I need to click and hold the side slidebar in order to effectively move up and down within the window.2. In the content window, after changing a file name, the tab key doesn't move you to the next file; instead it skips the next file and moves you to the one thereafter.

I can't import any presets from Bridge CC 2023.There's a message:After effects error: Can't import file"XXXX.ffx": unsupported filetype or extension. ( 0::1 )How to fix it??Thanks.Eric R.

I had just powered up my PC (latest release of Windows 11), opened Bridge and started to open the file hierarchy when Windows had a catastrophic failure (blue screen) and shut down.  When it restarted and I tried to open Bridge, it failed (Bridge has sent the details to Adobe) and will not load up.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Bridge, but to no avail, it still fails at the same place.Any advice on how to get Bridge working again would be gratefully received. Charlie

When I have multiple images open in the preview window in Bridge and use the loupe to zoom in, the loupes sometimes overlap.  Is there a way to rotate a loupe so that it doesn't overlap with another one?

Been down sick for the last couple of days and spent my awake time working on keywording all our 17,000 plus images in Bridge.  There's lots of "old" italicized keywords that I want to delete but I believe I need to unnattach them from their respective images, correct?  Strangely, when unselecting an italycized keyword, it also unselects the regular keyword that is the same.  My minimal OCD is kicking in hard on all this!  Is there a way of merging these italicized keywords with the same regular keywords? Is there some sort of "rhythym" I'm missing here? 

Hi there, I keep trying to find out how to make sure Bridge and Photoshop work together so I can Have Photoshop available in Bridge drop down tool pallette. I keep re installing versions and I still dont have PS available as a choice in Bride for image sizeing? Help!Also, is it a problem to have more than one version of ps on the system. ie: is that the problem?

I'm a wedding photographer and my second photographer and I sync our camera times right when we begin the day to ensure everything is lined up when I edit the photos later. She shoots with a Nikon Z5. I have an iMac using macOS Big Sur Version 11.31. When I view the file info of my second shooter's files in the Finder on Mac, the creation date shows the correct time that the photos were taken. But in Bridge, when I click "File Info", it incorrectly shows the creation date as an hour later than the photos were actually taken.As I can see on my iMac's Finder, it does show the correct time there. But Bridge is showing that the photos were taken an hour later, which means when I want to sort by date created, the photos don't sync up with my own camera's files. I don't understand why Bridge is showing an incorrect time but my Mac's Finder is showing the correct time. Anyone know how to fix this?

Should I delete Bridge version 13.0.5 and if I do will that affect how my version Bridge 14.0.1 will perform?  I am working with a Windows based computer---i.e. not Apple.  Thank you.

I have Bridge 2020 and a MacBook Pro.  I moved the MyPhotos directory to the iCloud. Now when I'm in Bridge I can't access the photos on the iCloud. I can access them in Photoshop Elements but I want to look of the photos to see if I want to delete any.  Thank you.

Hello, I'm an advanced LRC user but I hardly use Bridge. I have a quick question. In LRC you can tell the software to read the metadata from the file. Is there a way to do that in Bridge?  For example. Let say I edit a photo in LRC and then look at that same photo in Bridge. Bridge will show me the meta data icon in the upper left side of the image thumbnail but twhen i contril click, I do not see a way to read the meta data changes made to that image. Thanks for your help. - Mike

Hi, where is Adobe Bridge storing the rating of images info ?  

The thumbnails in adobe bridge content view no longer show the filename / ratings etc no matter how big I make the thumbnails, however the folders still show their names..Do you people at Adobe feel embarrassed releasing broken software and EXPECTING professional paying customers to waste their entire work day bug testing your wares and expecting us to pay for the privilege? PLEASE STOP RELEASING BROKEN SOFTWARE...Are you going to compensate me for my entire wasted work day dealing with your broken software updates? How much utter rage and wasted work hours do you think Adobe has accumulated world wide with the release of cc2019?- think about that for a second

I've been using Bridge for years and it's always taken ages to transfer photos from my iPhone (currently iPhone 14) to my pc (Windows 11).   Recently, Bridge doesn't seem to recognize the most recent photos on my phone.  When it does start to download it downloads loads of past photos in a random order. 

I have a desktop machine and a laptop running OSX with Bridge CC install on both of them, and I was wondering if I can keep my keywords in sync? 🤷‍

Is the option to disable command when applying Labels no longer in settings? I'm not seeing it, I've looked several times in every option in the Settings. And if this option was removed.... why? Why does Adobe insist on having different keyboard commands between similar programs? You just push a number to apply a Label in Lightroom.

Gawd I hope someone understands what i am talking about.I have the Canon R5, when I go and download my photos and then open bridge, my photos are all out of sequence 😐Last photo is first.I don't know what I have done but my numbers are 9999.cr3 and then goes 9999_1.cr3 upwards. How can I change this , please help me before I break something 😕😕Is it a camera problem or bridge ??

I keep my images in folders on my external Hard Drives. Adobe Bridge 2022, Version 12.0.0.234 shows theexternal Hard Drives, but will not show the folders on the hard drives. I run an iMac with Monterey 12.0.1Bridge 2021 works fine.Has anyone else had this issue or know of a fix?Thank you!

shall I be able to view fuji gfx50s ii files in bridge then open in camera raw? 

I've run into an issue previewing high-res images in Bridge. When previewing at 100% (clicking spacebar on a photo then clicking within the image) the preview is pixelated - looks like crappy nearest neighbour image interpolation. I checked to make sure I'm not zoomed in past 100% on the preview, and the images are larger than the native resolution of my monitor.   My display is scaled to 125%.  Changing to 100% seems to fix the pixelation, but this isn't an acceptable solution. Previous versions of Bridge did not have any problems with scaled displays.  Details about my PCMonitor: Gigabyte M32UScreen resolution: 3840x2160 - 125% scalingOS: Windows 10 Home  

Since I have the Nikon Z9, I shoot in RAW,  when I take the photos from the camera to computer it will post 2 raw photos names NEF and NEF1.   in Adibe Camera Raw.  So if I take 20 photos I get 40 photos.  THis doesnt  happen with my other cameras, D500 and Z7II.  How can I stop this?  THanks for any help.
