Fotohenter virker ikke. Når jeg henter bilder via usb får jeg en kopi. er der nogen der kan hjælpe mig.MVN Jørgen
So I had exported a few jpegs from their raw files using Adobe Camera Raw. They would show up in my windows finder, but in Bridge, they were invisible. Expect for one, which was made via Adobe Photoshop. The others, made through ACR, would not. I tried various things, but nothing worked, until I checked, "Show items from subfolders". Then, the jpegs showed up. However, those jpegs are not in a subfolder. They are in the same folder as their raw files. What gives here?
I broke the filter panel. It no longer presents me with the top atributes that distinguish files in a given folder. The Filter panel is empty.I suspect it is releated to me trying to install "Adobe Scripts EXIF Tool," or part of it.Disabling all scripts (Edit > Preferences > Startup Scripts > Disable All) solved the problem after restarting Bridge.I turned scripts that I recognized back on and things are still working fine. Here are the scripts that I'm leaving off for now. One of them is likely the cause of this problem:DNGConvertFilenametoTitleFindCurrentFolderListExportHDR Efex Pro 2JPEGMiniExportLanuchFolderMultiSearchPlusPDFExportTextPreviewUtility Pack Prefernces PanelWindowSync Thanks.
I did not authorize Bridge to access files on removable drives, and changed my mind. Now the drive shows up, but none of the folders & files do. Any suggestions?
I store all my images on external hard drives. However, since my last update a while ago, Adobe Bridge has been experiencing freezing issues when I attempt to delete files. It appears to struggle with the deletion of large volumes of photos all at once, causing it to freeze immediately. Consequently, I am compelled to perform this task in smaller, time-consuming batches. Unfortunately, it does not permit me to select a file containing all the photos to be deleted or to enter the file and delete the images, as it tends to freeze when I attempt to delete more than 100 images at once.
In Bridge most of my files can be seen as thumbnails. But a number only show the Photoshop logo. They open as normal when I click on the. Mainly with the larger files but not always. Information please to stop this annoying problem. Bob Moore
Hi guys, when I use the scrolling wheel with my mouse (Windows 10 Pro), for example to scroll through the folders from top to bottom, I only move forward slowly. it scrolls extremely slowly. The same in the assets window, if I scroll through many images, I also advance slowly. I already scroll my index finger sore. The problem has come with an update of the 2023 version. With the 2024 version it is still the case. On my old 2022 version everything is fine, and the scrolling is still normal.Does anyone have an idea what to do, or is this simply a bug? Thanks!
just to preface this, i am in a photography class and my professor requires us to rename all of our raws, save the psd file of our finished images, and save our finished imagea as jpgs. so i had a psd file in a folder with my raws and finished jpgs. i didn't realize i forgot to rename them before saving my psd files and creating my finished jpgs, so i went to do that. and after i did that, my psd file was just ... unaccessible. in explorer it said the image was an XMP file despite it being a psd before. in bridge, it says it is a psd file but will not open in photoshop. i went into photoshop to see if i could open it from my recents, but when i opened it it said it had been deleted or removed. but it was never in my recycle bin, that was the first place i checked. i'm trying to use windows file recovery to see if i can somehow get it off my disk but haven't had any luck yet. does anyone know if i can find the deleted file in bridge? using a lenovo ideapad 3.
I can't stand the dark background, I prefer the middle grey. Do we still have the ability to change it?
Normally I upload my images opening in bridge and do basic editing by opening from bridge in to camera raw, today I find I can't do it. There is an option, but it is not live, I'm on a pc so tried ctrl +R, again nothing, so I went into creative cloud, it says camera raw is one of my apps but there is no way to access it.Anyone got any ideas? Thanks
Is it possible to add the Metadata Description field as a panel by itself? The Description Field is my most frequently used field. Flipping back and forth between Filmstrip and Metadata (or Essentials) Workspaces takes a lot of time. Putting my most frequently accessed metadata field into a panel all by itself would save me a lot of time.I see there is a way to add a Metadata panel, but it comes with too much space overhead.See image:
*Sigh*. I installed Bridge Beta 14.0.1.128 and now Adobe Camera Raw's interface is all gray. See attached screen shot.ACR works fine with Bridge 14.0.0.102., so something is messed up with Bridge Beta 14.0.1.128I'd love to give feedback on Bridge Beta 14.0.1.128, but it's worthless if ACR is not compatible with it. Very frustrating.
*If* I can get the export task to not hang up (See here) exporting is extremely slow in Bridge. If I "save" the images in Adobe Camera Raw, they process about 10 times faster. Why?
There's a new option available in Creative Cloud for people who struggle with the rigid, single user concept in Lightroom Classic. Advertised as the cloud version, Lightroom (7) recently added support for local files. The typical Lightroom toolset is available – yet without prior import into a database. You just browse your local system, pick a file and start editing. The program, unlike Bridge, is heavily focused on photographer-specific tasks. Apart from RAW, only very few file formats are supported, also PSDs are only read in if they have been saved with composite layers (max compatibility checked). As also true for Lightroom Classic, there's no way to manage print or web content and their file formats. Hence, our team has to stick with Bridge 🙂.
I just tried to batch process 77 images in bridge and was told I cant unless I update my software, so I tred to do that but photoshop says my computer is to old so I cant?? I am being charged for photoshop monthly and I cant afford a new Mac so what do I do ? cancel photoshop altogether I can edit images as I've always done but cant batch process ?? so annoying
Currently it creates the folder as a single number for the date e.g. 151023. I want to get it to include - between each part of the date to make the folder easier to identify e.g. 15-10-23 (UK format). Is there a way to do this? I know I can do it manually. Thanks
Hello. Adobe bridge is constantly filling up C disk. I set disk D as Cache location, but disk C still fills up. Can you help me?Media Cache and Media Cache Files folders (\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Common) appear empty.
In the past, I could use Find in Bridge very easily by setting the parameter (e.g., "File name") and then each time I needed to find something, I could just hit cmd + F and type the number. Now I have to select the type field every single time after I hit cmd + F. Basically, there's an extra click to what was a simple workflow. Any way around this?
Is it possible (or can it be added as a feature) to add additional file types to Adobe Bridge?Bridge 13.0.3For example, the file type .afphoto This is so that we can set Affinity Photo 2 as the default editor when a file is double clicked. It is all very well going via the Open with, Browse options but that has to be done every time. And why doesn't Bridge use the Windows default associations? My Windows default app for .afphoto is set to Affinity Photo 2, but Bridge doesn't use that!?!?!?
Among the many issues with the new user interface in Bridge 13 and 14, the bright header on Windows stands out. Here are a few suggestions to make the appearance more pleasing, quickly.Adapt to theme coloursReduce the header to Single Row (see headers in Photohop, Illustrator, InDesign). Indicators for secondary windows don't need to have a second row of text, and the same goes for the file path. It was best if you made additional Bridge Windows first class citizens (as in V12), then you wouldn't need hints. Let us hide the toolbar. No Adobe program I use shows toolbars for such basic functions. In more than 10 years, I have not clicked that Bridge toolbar once - it only wastes precious vertical space.Move Workspace Tabs to the Header Revisit other areas of wasteful element arrangement (see attached gif) I crossposted this to Uservoice.
Bridge is stripping the extensions off my images. The images are turning into black boxes with the word 'exec' in them.Any ideas? The only way to get my image back is to manually rename each file and add '.jpg' after the file name. Please help.
Here are two enhancements requests for batch renaming. Both of them should require just a few lines of code and would enhance our daily workflows greatly.Let us use longer image names. The text fields offer plenty of space, yet you only offer us space for names up to roughly 25 letters. For our use-case we always need far longer names. They never fit the current field. It was an easy change to make the current field grow, when longer input gets detected.Give us a checkbox to reset the "sequence number" field. This would make work with series of images a lot less tedious. I even suggest making "reset" the default value (checkbox checked) – I cannot imagine a use-case where contiguous numbering between renaming sessions was desirable. The attached paintover shows the proposed changes.@pankajg6675616
Any chance we can get an update that adds a column style browsing style that is similar that is similar to the finder found on the Mac OS?
Noticed that when scrolling through images that Bridge is slow and laggy. Furthermore, when you click on a file, the images/sub folders don't appear. You have to go back, and then click on the file again for them to appear. Anyone else having similar issues?
When performing a search you, for some reason, don't accept empty rows. You show a modal dialogue that only adds friction. You could two things that wouldn't interrupt the workflow: Leave the empty row put so that one can use it for the next search. Just ignore it.Auto-delete empty rows. Both options were better than that nag-screen.👀@nikunj.m Mods, please leave this staff-ping in place. This handle is public anyway.
