Issue: White balance dropper tool zooms into picture, doesn't white balance Camera Raw version: 14.0.1 OS and version: macOS 12.0.1 Steps to Reproduce: 1.  Camera Raw crashes while processing images (usually after 20-30 operations on images).There is no error message, the application closes without any notification, the work is lost. I constantly install updates (Win11, graphics card, Photoshop, Camera Raw), so all software is up-to-date on the machine.My computer is strong: CPU: Intel Core i5-13600K Memory: Kingston Fury Beast RGB DDR5 64GB 5600MHz C40 Kit2 Motherboard: ASUS ROG Maximus Z790 Hero GPU: Asus TUF Gaming GeForce RTX 3060 Ti V2 OC (8GB)I have already reinstalled the entire PC, (windows and applications), but the problem still exists. I tried resetting Photoshop and Camera Raw to default settings, but that didn't help either. I also tried the options I read in the forums.This problem did not exist before, I suspect that the error is in one of the updates.Camera used: Canon R6 MKII (cr3 raw files)Please help me, what should I do so that my work is not wasted?Thanks in advance,

There is a bug in Photoshop Camera Raw that has been bothering me for a long time about Crop tool. We use 2 different cameras at the same time in some events. We adjust the time settings of these cameras exactly to synchronize them. Then, when we open the raw files in Adobe Camera Raw in bulk, we can easily edit the photos with similar light conditions. But I have a problem with the Crop tool. When I apply crop to the active photo while all photos are selected, similar crop is applied to all other selected photos which is great. However, if I give up cropping later by pressing "C" and than "ESC" on PC, only the crop in the selected camera model is canceled. The crop process on the other camera is not canceled. Every time Windows makes an update, Photoshop stops opening Camera Raw when I try to edit raw files.Both Photoshop and Camera Raw are updated and I already reinstalled them but still have the same problem.

Never had problem before, came with new update (v23.0.2). Specially when working with CR sliders. Pretty random freezes, sometimes works just fine, and other times just freezes and PS become unresponsive - especcially if image has really hi-resolution. I shoot motor sports. I do 90% of my PP in ACR. At an event, I will frequently move from location to location and this obviously changes the light and therefore the ACR settings change each time. I therefore use the 'Save New Camera RAW Defaults' each time I open the first image shot from a new location (or whenever the light changes). This saves me time when processing all the shots from each location as subsequent shots open up with the settings already applied and so I need only tweak things rather than start anew with every image. Having applied the latest ACR update however, it seems the 'Save New Camera RAW Defaults' option has vanished. I am unable to save a set of default settings each time the light changes. So far, the only way I have found to recall the settings used last time is to pull down the relevant menu and choose 'Use Last Conversion' for every single image. Am I missing something? Is there a way to save new defaults with the latest iteration of ACR? I simp

Trotz Installation von Camera Raw 15.4 erscheint im Programm nur 14.4.0.1121 Guten Tag: Seit Februar 2023 nutze ich Fotoshop Elements 2023 (Version 21.0).Weil das Plugin "Camera Raw" in Version 15.4 meine Kamera TZ 202 unterstützt, habe ich kürzlich das offizielle Installationsprogramm für Camera Raw 15.4 heruntergeladen und installiert. In Fotoshop Elements erscheint allerdings nur die Camera-Raw-Version 14.4.0.1121.Die neue Version gelangt nicht ins Programm. Was soll ich tun? Vielen Dank, liebe Experten, für Ihre Hinweise. 

When I edit any RAM file of my Sony A1, A9II and A7III cameras with Camera Raw (latest version) and I apply a preset to that photograph, either color or focus, it generates and saves an .acr file (171 kb) apart from the . xmp always in the folder where the photographs are, I already talked about this issue a few months ago with the upper department of Adobe and it still hasn't been solved, does anyone have a solution to this?   My computer is iMac 27 Retina 5K with masOS Big Sur 11.5.2 with a 4.2 processor - Intel core i7 of 4 cores with 48gb ram and graphics a Radeon Pro 580 8GB

Two issues so far: Randomly (seemingly - I haven 't found a pattern) switches between Parametric and Point curve each time it's opened. Randomly (seemingly - I haven 't found a pattern) switches between Color and HSL in the Color Mixer each time it's opened.   This is using ACR in PS, not Bridge.    

Hallo,am 12.08.2023 das Update für Camera RAW Installiert,Win 10 64BitFolgende Fehlermeldung:Grafick Prozessor nicht Kompatibel obwohl es bisher immer Funktioniert hat.Update von Grafikkarte gemacht,bringt nichts.Photoshop einige mal Desinstalliert,alles ohne Erfolg.Sämtliche Anleitung aus Community haben nichts gebracht..Nach der RAW Bearbeitung kann ich die Abspeicherung in JPEG höchstens 900KB erreichen,viel zu wenig.Wäre Froh eine Lösung zu bekommen,Danke.

Hi, Hope someone can guide me, I am trying to convert RAW C3 images using Adobe DNG Converter version 15.3.1 on my MacOS Catalina version 10.15.7. I am getting the following error message "There was an error parsing the file". What am I doing wrong and how can I fix this? Thank you 

I am looking for a HALD file but in raw format. Does this exist?

After I create a radial gradient mask in ACR (Version 15.4.1,  M1 iMac) the manipulating  tool goes away and I cannot make any adjustments to the radial mask. But when I do the same thing in Lightroom Classic it works fine. Can you explain this and/or is it a glitch? 

After a recent PS / Camera RAWupdate, I've noticed some strange colors occuring in Camera RAW that do not occur in Lightroom.  After identifing the sky, subject, the color temperature and tint change  by themselves.  Nothing has changed from the last update in terms of plugins.  The first image show the opening of Camera RAW, the second selecting subject, the third, after reseting the temp and tint sliders.  I'm running Mac OS Ventura 13.4.1 (c).

I have recently installed the latest version of Camera Raw 15.4.1.1510 but have discovered that some (not all) of the tools are missing e.g. crop & rotate, adjustment brush, etc.  How do I add or recover the entire toolbar so I have full functionality?

Desde la última actualización de ACR (15.5), al intentar utilizar capas, aparece una ventana anunciando las nuevas utilidades de la última versión sobre el uso de las capas, pero una vez que aparece esa ventana, no hay manera de cerrarla y el programa queda bloqueado. La única manera de salir es acudiendo al administrador de tareas de Windows y finalizar las tareas de Photoshop. O sea, que ACR casi se ha vuelto inútil. Debe ser un error del programa en su última actualización. No sé se hay alguna manera de revertir esa actualización. Cualquier ayuda será de agradecer. Una toma de la pantalla para mostrar lo que aparece, sin botones para cerrarla. Saludos, Marcos.

With the recent AI noise reduction update in Camera Raw, new metadata items have been added: aux:EnhanceDetailsAlreadyApplied aux:EnhanceDetailsVersion aux:EnhanceDenoiseAlreadyApplied aux:EnhanceDenoiseVersion aux:EnhanceDenoiseLumaAmount However, during the implementation by the Adobe development team, these items should have been placed under <Camera Raw Info> (edits made in camera raw app), but they were placed under Camera (general photo information, aperture, shutter speed, etc.).   When exporting raw files as JPG, even when selecting <All Except Camera Raw Info>, these five metadata items remain.   I would like to keep the photo information and editing details separated as before. However, currently, the editing details (noise reduction adjustments) are included within the shooting information like shutter speed. Therefore, I kindly request for the necessary modifications to be made.

Is there tool that can show version of DNG file and tell me what compression was used?File is here https://www.upload.ee/files/15546701/IMG_20230723_232913.zip.html For some reason file is 6.5 MB out of the device, when i run Adobe DNG Converter on it it becomes 9.1 MB, android phone that made this DNG file compressed it better than Adobe DNG Converter can do, how's that even possible?

Estou passando por um problema um tanto quanto inusitado. Instalei a ultima versão do photoshop e com ela o Camera Raw, mas simplesmente ele só abre quando quer. Hoje passei o dia na casa da minha mãe, lá ele funcionou perfeitamente, mas quando cheguei na minha casa ele simplesmente não abre. Ontem estava com o mesmo problema quando eu estava na minha casa, mas estranhamente quando cheguei na casa da minha mãe ele funcionou perfeito. Cheguei em casa, ele parou. O que pode ser? Uso muito o Camera Raw e não estou sabendo lidar com isso, o arquivo esta em RGB, tudo certinho, mas ele simplesmente não abre quando eu chego em casa. Obs.: Quando eu aperto a tecla ESC, ele cancela a operação e destrava o Photoshop, mas o camera raw não abre de jeito nenhum.
