When I installed Creative Cloud, Camera Raw appears as an installed software (but I never installed it). Is there a way to remove it's card from the Installed category from Creative Cloud?

Adobe really needs to update Camera Raw so that you can batch process bracketed raw photos into HDR.  

Hi guys!I have always worked with the funcion loupe on e loupe off in the Camera Raw settings about geometry.I just had to press Option on my MacBook keyboard and I coud chose when to use it or not.Now I can't chose and I just have the option on and off by the menù on the right. Any advices? Might I have done anything wrong or it's a new default setting about camera raw?Thank you!Jody

Bonjour,je travaille en RAW sur 2 boitiers en simulatané avec le traitemnet sur Camera Raw.Je voudrais exporter mes images, après traitement, en JPG mais dans l'ordre de création (tel que l'affichage choisir pour le traitement).Cependant, les fichiers sont renommés dans l'ordre du 1er boitier suivi du 2ème boitier. Et non les 2 boitiers mélangés par ordre chronologique.Est-ce possible ? Une solution ?Merci d'avance pour votre aide !

The download page for the Adobe DNG SDK does not include any mention of the terms of use or licensing for the SDK itself. I see there is the DNG patent license, but that does not cover the SDK. Additionally, the SDK download no longer contains any mention of the license as it used to. The SDK cannot be used if there are no licensing terms available, so where can I get the license for the latest Adobe DNG SDK 1.7.1?

 Hello guysI downloaded some profiles in .CUBE format and I want to use them in Lightroom, I know that to incorporate these profiles, I need to do it through Camera Raw, and so far so good. The problem is in the following situation, I will exemplify: Imagine that I opened photo 0001.NEF in ACR, imported the .CUBE profiles, closed ACR and opened LR with the same photo, the created profile is there, correct as I incorporated it in ACR. Now let's get to the problem, I'm going to open photo 0002.NEF in LR, and I want to apply the same profile (LUT) to this photo, and to my surprise, the profile I created using photo 0001.NEF doesn't work with photo 0002. NEF that is, this manually entered profile is not global like the ones that exist in LR/ACR. The question then is the following: Could someone explain a way to make these manually incorporated profiles work globally? Thank you very much  AttDavid

However, the .pkg installer within the .dmg file requires Rosetta to run, which seems to be a bug.This bug can be fixed by setting hostArchitectures="x86_64,arm64" as per the guidance on this page:https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/667672Please update the .dmg file to truly support Apple Silicon."

I am experiencing an issue with Camera Raw in Photoshop 2025 (Version 26.4.1.194). When I try to open the Camera Raw filter, my mouse cursor changes to a loading icon, but the Camera Raw window never appears. Additionally, Photoshop becomes unresponsive, and I am unable to perform any other actions. I have to force-close the application to continue working.Here’s what I have tried so far:Uninstalled and reinstalled Photoshop and Camera Raw.Cleared the Camera Raw cache.Reset Photoshop preferences.Disabled GPU acceleration.Manually removed and reinstalled the Camera Raw plugin.Unfortunately, the problem persists despite these troubleshooting steps. My computer is new and running smoothly with no hardware issues, and all other Adobe applications are functioning properly.Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I would appreciate any guidance or updates regarding this problem.

The shortcut ‘Synchronize selected images with no dialog (Alt + Shift + S)’ in Camera Raw no longer works. Is there a solution?

I've used Camera Raw Presets before with great success. They were very helpful to streamline my workflow. But recently ( PS v.26.11 and CRv.17.5.0.2318) when I save a preset it saves the wrong settings... For example I set exposure at +0.75, save a preset and the preset sets it at +0.25 or temperature: I set it at 5500 but it is changed to 2850 in the preset, etc. I can "Save Settings" as a work around.  Strangely this doesn't seem to do anything different than saving a preset, just seems more cumbersome.I poked around for help, made sure my software was up to date and my presets are in the right folder, etc. If anyone can explain this mystery, I would be very appreciative. Apple M1 iMac running macOS 15.6.1

i have updated my mac os (to 15.6.1) and now camera raw will not display correctly, thus it is unusable for editing a raw file as it is impossible to see what is being adjusted. how can i clear this bug? so far i have uninstalled all the apps that use camera raw but cant find a way to uninstall camera raw itself. no change. i think i am going to have to wipe the boot drive and start a fresh install but that is such a big job when its just this one aspect that is not working correctly. any help or suggestions welcome. i attached a screen shot, bridge is displaying the colour correctly, as is photoshop, but camera raw is dark and muddy, not displaying correctly. it has been the same with many different cameras raw files from canon, nikon and sony.

hi, in the past i was able to trigger AI denoise hundreds of pictures at once, now it seems i need to trigger it picture by picture... used the previous functionality to run during my dinner or night, now seems i need to trigger the AI, then reduce from 50 to eg 37 per picture and wait for every shot to be completed before moving on to the next one...  As this impacts my "working time" quite a bit wondering if there is a way to select all the pictures wanted, select the AI denoise % for all and then apply somehow on all at once? Thanks. 

Why is there no Camera Raw 15.x installer provided on the Camera Raw plug-in installer page?   Several users have already been asking for a way to roll back from camera raw 16 because it doesn't work on their systems, but camera raw 15 did.

When I loading the settings from the previous photo into the new one, the previous photo appears superimposed with transparency on the new one. Like new layer with opacity 50%. How can I fix it?(ARW, Sony A6700)

Granted I took some time off this summer, so maybe I just forget something, but I can't find the Auto Mask function for a brush mask. I use this a significant amount and frequenty use the 'W' keyboard shortcut to toggle it on and off. But now - first day back at ACR editing since a couple months off - I can't seem to locate the Auto Mask for brush masking. Any help pointing me in the right direction would be greatly apprecirated.I also notice that the other brush attributes like feather, flow, and density seem to be missing too. And I can't find the 'W' shortcut in the help for keyboard shourt cuts. Weird, or am I losing it? version 17.5.0.2318 ACR on Windows 11 Peter

Hello. Every other day or so when I'm opening RAW file in Photoshop, ACR starts with the welcome screen with all settings reset to defaults. I observe this behavior starting from ACR v 17 in 2 different computers (old and new) under Windows 11 24H2,  PS 2023 and 2025, NVidia studio drivers from 2 months old to the most recent. Anybody also with the same, and any suggestions to fix? Thanks.

Hi folks, Is it possible to modify the Adobe Color camera profile to flatten out its tone curve so it doesn't add contrast at the end of the image processing pipeline in Adobe Camera RAW, Lightroom Classic, or Lightroom? I like Adobe Color's color renditions compared to Adobe Standard, but I want to avoid the extra contrast it adds with its tone curve. This discussion states that the Adobe Color and other Adobe camera profiles, such as Adobe Landscape, etc. (except Adobe Standard), are not DCP files but XMP files stored somewhere in Adobe system folders, and user deejjjaaaa provided the folder locations on Windows: https://community.adobe.com/t5/camera-raw-discussions/where-the-dcp-files-related-to-adobe-color/td-p/9798827 Does anyone know where I can find them on macOS? Open the attached example photo in Camera Raw 2. Hello,After several updates to the Camera Raw module in Photoshop, there's been a really, really annoying bug that causes the program to freeze at least once in two or three times when using lens blur. And the only way to close the program is to close the task from the Task Manager. Honestly, I'm fed up 🙎🙎🙎. So when did you go and fix this problem? Every time the program freezes, I lose everything I've done before and have to start all over again with my photo editing. And when I have this problem, when the interface is in full screen, it's impossible to move it to access my Start menu or Task Manager. I literally have to log out of my session to close everything. This is not normal. I've never seen a bug like this since I've been using it.Also, I am running Windows 10 22H2 and its latest updates. I got two files, one already post-producted with camera raw, the other no.I drag the camera raw filter, that stores inside masks within, to the target file, I open the camera raw filter, go to the masks section, and delete the inners masks while keeping the outers, that contains the settings I want to copy.When I try to recreate the inner masks in the target files, CR keeps generating masks using the source file data, to the target. Can you fix this please?
