I've started some products in Captivate and our company is now bringing in New Kajabi... (which I'm not a big fan of it's design tool).Question is... if I build courses in Captivate, can I integrate it into Kajabi?Thanks!!!Dave

I am using CP 2017.I have a simple linear animation in one slide. I've previewed it many times, and it works great.Once I publish it for devices, the ALL of the images in the animation disappear. I have tested this from my desktop as well as from a web server.I'm really frustrated and could use some help resolving this issue. Hi,I have an installation CD for Adobe Premiere Elements 4 (not 14!). However, my computer doesn't have a disk drive. I'm trying to find an installation link for Windows 10 64 bit, but I can only find as far back as Adobe Premiere Elements 9:Download Adobe Premiere Elements 13, 12, 11, 10, and 9 Cheers!

I'm creating a course to learn accessibility and I would like to include various characters with disabilities in my project. I can find physical disabilities such as wheelchairs and crutches, but I'm unable to locate characters who are blind, low vision, deaf, low hearing, or cognitively disabled.

Hi AllI'm trying to work out the best way to add closed captioning to  my embedded videos in Captivate.  I've followed this online turorial Adobe Captivate - Adding Closed Captioning to Embedded Videos - YouTube but when i get to the point on clicked th Closed Captioning box nothing happens... see my screenshot below...I understand the other option is to extract my transcript (.srt file) for my video from my You Tube Channel - is this easier to do?  If so how do I align it to my video in Captivate?Many thanksKim

I've published my course to SABA LMS. I use HTML5 and SCORM 2004. My course has 63 questions all in one SCO and it is scoring. Problem I have is when I leave early from the course, lets say at question 52, when I re-launch it I find myself at question 43 for some reason. THis happens over and over. It even happens at the quiz results slide. Lets' say I fail and close the course it. When I relaunch it, you would expect to still be at the quiz results slide, but no back at an earlier question in the quiz again. Anyone else heard or had this problem before? I'm using Captivate 2017 64bitThank you,Joseph

In both PowerPoint and Storyline I'm able to crop an image to a shape. Is this possible in Captivate? It's very useful to create circular images.

Good morning!We've created a course with question pools in Captivate 9. We want the Resume Data sent so the learners can pick up where they left off. But if this option is selected (Never Send Resume Data is unchecked), when the learner launches the module again, after failing the quiz, they are directed back to the Question Review slide from where they exited. If we put the Retake Quiz button on the Question Review slide, the learner is taken to the beginning of the quiz but the question pool questions aren't shuffled and the learner is getting the exact same questions - from what I've read, the learner HAS to exit the module to reset the question pool questions. Is there a way to have the bookmarking during the quiz, but have the user be able to exit at the end and relaunch the quiz with new questions from the pools? Is disabling the bookmarking for just the Question Review slide an option?This is an assessment only - no content.We're using SCORM 2004 3rd edition w/ Atlas Pro LMS.Tha

HiI have a problem with the Rollover Image function. In captivate, the resolution of the picture ist good. But when i export the file or use the preview function, the quality of the rollover image ist really bad. Here in Captivate (2017)Here in the previewHow can i rech a better resolution? Or know somebody a alternative funktion for rollover images? Now i export and preview with Shockwave. But maybe there is a besser solution that is also compatible with HTML5 for the future?Thank you.

Going through a certification course that several people have successfully completed. Using Chrome and Windows 10. Completed videos, notes review and test - says completed but module will not advance to next unit. Unit says In-Progress. I have cleared history - tried MS Edge - tried on my iPad all have same results. Any suggestions?

Hello, I have a series of courses that consist of a single video. I'd like to ensure the learners complete most of the video before receiving completion credit in the LMS. I also would like to allow the user free control of the playback while watching the video. How could I accomplish this?

I have a captivate course (version 2019) and the client wants to be able to pass the users first quiz score attempt to the LMS, but still allow the user to go back and take the course a few more times to review. From my testing on my LMS, if they take the quiz 3 times and still don't pass, Captivate will send the highest score they received, but I want only the first score to be passed to the LMS. Is this possible?

After uploading output generated by Presenter 11 to my website, when I try to open Presenter presentation using Firefox browser the first screen of the Presenter output has the processing "oval" icon working but not completing.  I input Powerpoint 10 to Adobe Presenter and use Adobe Dreamweaver CS6 to populate and manage my website.  The Presenter output works properly with Internet Explorer, but I need the presentation to be robust across different browsers including Firefox and Safari.  What is happening and how do I correct problem.Related info: * Other powerpoint slide shows converted to Presenter output created previously opens ok on Firefox.* The new powerpoint slide show works ok in powerpoint.* When I upload the Presenter output to my website via Dreamweaver, I get a message that the transmission did not close completely. * On Dreamweaver I when I click on the index.htm file to test the Presenter output presentation, I get a message to enable JavaScript on Firefo

Hi, I've created two seperate slides (one for the correct, the other for the wrong answer) and put them at the beginning of the quiz, right after the first slide. They are named correct and wrong slides. And there is a click box on both of them to return to the quiz. And the first slide jumps to the fourth slide which is the first question. Now when I answer the question correctly, it as expected jumps to the correct slide and when I click on the click box returns to the second question. No problem here. But when I answer the question incorrectly, it returns to the same question. I had used this technique before and never had a problem like this. I've checked everything and I can't see anything that I could've missed.

Hello, I created a software simulation in Adobe Captive 2017 and added text captions. I need to publish this a mp4. However, when I do, the quality of the video decreases significantly. All of the added text captions appear fuzzy/blurry. When I publish as HTML or Swf, everything looks perfect. How can I publish this as an mp4 and get the same quality? Here is a screen shot of the settings I'm using. I've tried different settings here with no luck. Thanks!

We have an existing Captivate project with a Next smart object that should advance user to the next screen. Prior to release of new Captivate it was working seemlessly, but now it will not advance users forward when using IE11. Works perfectly on Safari and Chrome.Any suggestions? IE is our default browser at all business locations. This is being published as a scorm file and being loaded into our LMS

I have a training with three KC slides after a video. I would like for users to be able to navigate using the TOC but have found they can only navigate in slides prior to the KC slides. Any solutions?

Is it possible? Let the user answer the quiz many times but only the first try/score that counts and store at the LSM?

Hello there, I have  problem with the captivate. When i publish the file, the circle or lines created within captivate is getting distorted as in  it gets pixelated.
