HiHave a problmen from yesterday 26 march.I usually record my webinars and it always work. I also always edit the ends on the meeting. However yeastrday I had two webinars and after editing they lost the video ans audio från the other lecturers. If I revert to original it dont come back. What is this and what can be done about it. Unable to log in. already logged in apparently but I am not. Have reset computer, internet andbrowsers. Issue only started afte rmy connection disconnected accidentally during an adobe connect meeting.No-one else is logged in as host

When I try to share my screen in Adobe Connect I get the message you must adjust Safari's security setting preferences to allow Flash content from this domain to work properly. This is after I have added adobeconnect website.
How to get rid of those green rectangles?
Hi ,since downloading the last add-in, after a meeting, when I creat an FLV it downloads only the audio, no video. When I watch the download I do see both, but in the end file there is only audio with black screen. I called support said they suspect a bag conflicting with windows 8, which I have on both PCs, my other mac laptop apparantly has the same result because the osx is too old.Anybody has asolution then by an older computer with windows XP?

I was teaching and 45minutes into it the webcam went out though sound continued. I could not recapture the webcam image even in the preview box. I didnt touch anything when it went out. The webcam was still on. Could it be that something within Connect was not working? I havent had this problem before.Please help before I have another class!
I have a Mac OS 10.5.8 , with a Flash 10.3.183.23. I am currently a student and need to use Adobe Connect for my college classes. I was told that I need to have update my flash drive to a 11.2, but it is not letting me. I already missed last weeks class, and I only have 5 more classes to complete. Can you help me?
Hi everyone,I'm having some trouble with the live video stream using Adobe Connect and I wonder if anyone can offer any advice.I´m a trainer using Adobe Connect giving classes. Everything was fine until I got a new laptop.This is what happens before the problem occurs: I log in as a participant an will be designated as a presenter for the meeting by the host. I start the meeting. My webcam turns on. I see myself, everythings´ fine. I click „record meeting“ and start recording. Now this is the problem: After few minutes the webcam freezes. Hi,I am having an issue connecting to a specific meeting room within my account. Both the end user meeting host, and myself as administrator of the account, can not connect to the room. I have tested this numerous times on different machines and cannot connect.When attempting to connect, the room launches in the Adobe Connect Add In; which is absolutely fine. But when attempting to connect to this specific room, the loading bar on the add in constantly holds when full and doesn't allow access to the room.All other rooms launch. This issue started approximately 2 weeks ago.Any advice or help would be really good.ThanksPhil.
In the middle of a business chat, our chat pod suddenly resized to cover the entire layout. So far I have not found a way to resize it back to its smaller size, as there is no way to "grab" a corner and make it smaller. When I tried to fix it by making a new layout, the updated layout worked for about a minute, and then the chat box again took over the screen (even when I was in Presenter Mode). Please help! I'm considering using my Connect service as the vehicle for the public broadcast of a live event for which the audience is presumed to be well below my maximum attendee limit, and I'm wondering if anyone else is using it like that? The Connect room would consist of only two pods: the Video Pod and a Closed Caption Pod. There would be no interactivity per se as none of the participatory pods (Chat, Poll, Q&A, Whiteboard etc.) would be made available.Is anyone using it like this and, if so, can you share some of your experiences. Have you discovered any problems?
The recordings of the meetings held at our facility in Adobe Connect Hosted (meet84103556.adobeconnect.com) are no pictures. My station uses Windows 8.1, Internet Explorer 11, and I have the latest plugin from Adobe Connect and Flash. What's going on? How to fix this error?
I've been using a chat pod during my events but the questions and answers from the participants can be very freeform and off-topic, so I'd like to be able to moderate them somehow. By moderate, I mean have the ability to review what's typed into the pod before it's made public in the room. Ideally, I'd also like to have the ability to append their question or delete it completely. The Q&A pod seems to offer some of this but will it do all of it and, if not, is there either an extension pod or a workflow with existing pods that would let me do this?As a bonus, I'd also like to be able to prevent the participants from copying the entries as live type, i.e. noy copy-and-paste into their own computers.Thanks!
Is there a maximum # of layouts you should have in a template meeting room?
Fortunately no showstoppers, but it was concerning...The below issues were experienced yesterday during a live event webinar. Fortunately they impacted only those with Host permissions. Fortunately the attendees were not impacted. For this event we had 5 different hosts, all separately logged in from different machines, from 3 different physical locations (Florida, PA, Texas). This was in a Seminar room. I assume they are specific to the latest upgrade, because we never experienced these problems before.Issues experienced by Hosts:1. When first logging in, the Share pod with a PPTX file shared was not loading for the hosts. The rest of the Connect room/pods loaded and displayed fine, but the PPTX Share pod was in a continual 'preload' state with the preloader animation (spinning circle/lines) showing. This happened with two different Share pods with PPTX files loaded into them prior to the event so that they would be ready once the event started. Workaround: stop the share and restart

Hi all,I know the FSO files generated by FMS server are not 100% AMF messages. Nevertheless, can somebody tell me how can I parse the following onces in example:%CONNECT_HOME%/content/7/..../fcs-meeting/presenters/all/N_history.fso%CONNECT_HOME%/content/7/..../fcs-meeting/presenters/all/gShell_objects.fsoI need infromation that common API calls do not provide but it is persisted in these files, particulary I need to sort a rooms chat history by PODs.I see some differences between the files and AMF0 / AMF3 specification which makes me think that they are not pure AMF byte sequences.Thank you very much in advance.Simeon
It is easy to download an Attendee report for a Meeting by clicking on the "Download Report Data" button but there isn't one for Seminars. Must be a better way than cuttinf-and-pasting into a spreadsheet . Any ideas?

We have a different user name and password for our trial account than the paid one. We did one class session on our trial account. How can I get that in the records for our paid account??
Will I still be able to access my meeting recordings if I cancel my Adobe Connect account? If so, for about how long?
I'm experiencing choppy sound during a live video stream. Streaming over ethernet. The connection status is "excellent". Streaming 1080i through a black magic intensity shuttle thunderbolt on to a Mac Mini running Maverick OS. Was told by customer support to stream on Firefox. Tried to change streaming from LAN to DSL (was told to do that by customer support as well). Choppy sound still a problem. Any suggestions?
