Is there a storage limit on meeting recordings? If so, how many hours roughly?
I would like to combine two recorded sessions into one. Is there a way to do that and how would I do it? The first part of the orginal presentation was full of microphone issues. We rerecorded the first 8 minutes and would like to add it to the rest of the presentation. Because we had participant input thruout the presentation rerecording the whole thing was not an option. Any suggestions would be great.
I want to publish an event I'm creating, but I don't have my content ready to upload. Can I upload the presentation after the event has been published? I don't want to hold up my registration while I prepare the presentation.Message was edited by: ashish gupta. to add a more meaningful topic title

Hello there! I need your assistance with log in for the participants. It's been a while since I have used Adobe connect and when I did use it I had issues. Please help!
I have been using Adobe Connect for 6 months now without any problem. I'm guessing that with the update, some things are a little different. In any case, I don't have any issues with the meetings themselves--it is the recordings that are freezing and nonfunctional.The first 30 minutes of the recording are normal, but then the video and audio go silent. Is there any way to fix this and salvage the recordings?

I published a course and it gets "stuck" when it's loading. The circle spins but nothing happens.I have three 45 minute courses that this is happening to.I created them on Windows 7, created a package, and moved them to my Windows 8 desktop computer, where the problem is occuring.Presenter is running in PowerPoint 2010.This happens both when I try to preview the course, and when I publish the course and try to run it under an LMS.The program includes audio and text files.
Hello,I was wondering if an expert or someone with detailed knowledge of Adobe Connect could tell me if it is possible to export or place a curriclum from Adobe Connect onto a CD. I don't think it is, however, the reason I am asking is that we have offices overseas with slow internet connection and they have a hard time accessing videos via Connect.Thank you for any information you can give.
When I click the "edit recording" button, a message pops up saying "The selected resource does not exist." I have been able to edit recordings in the past (as recent as one month ago) without difficulty.
