Hello, I'm new to adobe connect, I'm using on premise trial version, I'm planning to configure SSO using HTTP header authentication, but I have an important question, is this way only for logging registered users in adobe connect, or it includes creating new users? I appreciate your help and support! Thank you.

Adobe Connect is a good and complete solution for my needs. Yes, Zoom and Livestorm are easier to use and faster.This depends by Flash and history of Connect. Today I discovered Connect 10.8, but I read it'll not be for Hosted accounts.In 10.8 a lot of things (finally!) will move to HTML 🤹🏻♀️ Questions:1) why?2) it'll be for Hosted in the future? Tks!
HiI configured and checked Success Factors LMS to manage meeting rooms with the VLS Adobe Connect cloud 9.4. It's running correctly!The LMS can create, modify, delete meeting rooms and enroll instructors into Adobe Connect.Perhaps all mettings created with the connector don't reflect the meeting default template customized in Adobe Connect.The meeting rooms created are designed with a basic template. This basic template isn't present in the system (Adobe Connect 9.4).How can i set the LMS or Adobe Connect to build new rooms designed like the Default meeting Template customized ?Thanks for your support.Stefano
We use one of the few Conference call telecom providers to integrate audio into Adobe Connect. However, I often have problems with the phone number synching to the participant name, and when I do break-out rooms, I have to drag & drop both the a) name of participant and b) their phone number into a break-out room. What am I doing wrong? Is there a way to ensure that the phone line is synched with the participant name? Thanks, Debi
In my Adobe Account only a free version of the creative cloud is registered - my Adobe Connect license (bought over the official German reseller "Reflact") does not appear. The reseller cannot help me and sent me a link to a enterprise hotline of Adobe, where no one can be reached at any time. Leaving a voice message did not work as well. How can I get support?! It's really frustrating, when you cannot solve your actual problem at all, since you cannot even reach any support...

Dear support team. I have a huge issue with my account.My steps:1. I registered trial version of adobe connect to email info@oiltraderschool.com;2. After some testing, I decided to order Webinar 100 on the same email;3. Now I have an issue - I can login to the system by link you send me with order: https://meet93692417.adobeconnect.com4. But I can't login to adobe.com to change my payment method.5. Chat support answered me that they don't see any payments from my account.6. Soon there should be service payment renewal, but I need to change the payment method and not sure it will work this time.7. I've changed email from info@oiltraderschool.com to justgrayshadow@gmail.com - I thought it will help me to login with info@oiltraderschool.com to my proper account, but it's not;8. Now I can't login by info@oiltraderschool.com to any account and can't change it back in my trial account.Result
Hi all....we're just at the beginning of using Connect for webinars and have been doing some recordings of presenters with some slides as part of that. The issue that came up with one we just did is that the presenter audio (two presenters, different locations) overlapped on the recording of the presentation. IRT, one wrapped up, introduced the second and the second advanced the PPT to her slide as she began. All fine. In the recording, her audio began before his started. I hadn't seen that before and was wondering what happened. The layout being used didn't change, so I'm kind of stumped. Both working with hard-wired headsets on laptops using solid wireless connections. Any thoughts? Thanks
We are in the process of re-publishing any content that contains Flash so that it will work when Flash goes away later this year. Basically what we've done is disable Flash in Google Chrome, and then attempt to access each training "Type" in Connect. Based on what we've observed, it looks like the following "Types" of content will still work when Flash goes away:Captivate published with the "HTML5" option selected.Presenter published with the "HTML5" option selected.Presenter published with the "Both" option selected. And it looks like these "Types" of content will not work:Captivate published with the "SWF" option selected.Captivate published with both the "SWF" and HTML5" options selected.Presenter published with only the "SWF" option selected. So here is my question: Shouldn't Captivates published with both the "SWF" and "HTML5" options selected still work? Capaitvates published this way show up in Connect as a "Adobe Captivate Hybrid." Hi folks, quick question. I was part of virtual classroom today and on two occasions my screen went totally blank although I could still hear the presenter I could not participate. I was using an IPad Pro via Abode Connect Mobile App, the only way I could resolve the problems was to reboot the system and log into the classroom again. Anyone had any similar issues ?

Where can I check when my trial period expire? After 90 days (the lenght of the trial) the created rooms are still accessible. I am planning a session in the next days and I don't want to deal with "I can not enter"-problems.
I'm confused about how polling within breakout rooms work. I want to assign a group of participants to a breakout room for the purpose of voting in a poll pod. I don't want voters to be able to see the vote results while the polling is still open. As participants, they normally would be able vote without seeing the results. But if they automatically get presenter rights when moved to a breakout room, how are you supposed to conduct a poll without everyone being able to see results as they come in and also potentially disrupt an open poll (e.g. click end poll or something by mistake)? Sort of "part II" of this question: if the standard polling pod isn't capable of doing what I described above, does anyone have suggestions for where I might be able to get a custom polling/voting pod? I've seen several quiz and game-type custom polls but not voting.
I have large group of 500-1000 attendees and need to have a small group of presenters 10-20 in a breakout, (standing by as the others present, sort of a green room) but I then loose the capibility to switch between layouts in the main room. Does anyone know of a work around, besides dragging the videos, content and pods around live. I will be hosting the event and sending the presents into the main room and back to breakout room various times as well as dealing with various aspects during the event, it would be so great to transitions to layouts in the main room. PLEASE HELP... THANKS

Has anyone had any success with using OBS and Elgato Cam Link 4K with Adobe Connect? It initially loads into Connect, but freezes both Connect and OBS and both have to be reloaded. I haven't been able to find much on the subject, but I'm sure I'm not the first one
Hello- Wondering if anyone is having similar issues:1- Running Adobe Connect Training as Host on a Mac laptop with about 30 users logged in. Running connected via ethernet to GB router with 200Mbps internet. I occaisonally am disconnected, thus demoting the presenter to participant if I don't reconnect quickly (under 5 minutes). There seems to be no rhyme or reason. There are no other streaming apps running in the house at the time. All users are on the desktop app or mobile, and using VoIP. This has happened multiple times across various sessions.2- Using VoIP only for sessions, again only desktop or mobile, and usually there is one or two users I cannot mute audio for either from the Attendees Pod Mute All Users or individually by user as the Host. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!
I have installed the latest version of firefox and adobe falsh player version 32 and adobeconnect version 2020.1.5. The problem is that I can't share my screen! I choose "share screen" option and nothing happens! I get no error messages or anything but it won't share my screen!
Has Presenter been abandoned by Adobe? What happens when Flash is totally gone? I am a basic user trying to share video lessons. I only need a simple way to distribute presentations and related documents in one file. My students now have so many problems viewing presenter files that I wind up just sending them links to raw video files in desperation. Will they not be able to open the Presenter files at all after Flash is gone? Any suggestions for a simple inexpensive way to distribute a video and handouts to a few hundred people? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I'm new to adobe connect, and I got confused about adobe users, I know that adobe admins have credentials and can login to adobe admin console, but what about users (not admins, I mean the beneficiaries of the system), what types are they? and they have credentials (email and password) or not? and where they can login to? Hi, hope I am in the correct forum. I am using PVE and when I record and then vide window appears for editing, its extremely small I have 2 monitors, if that makes any difference nd the resolutions set to recomended 3840x2160 landscape Do I have to change this so that I can see the video editor window properly?
