I just installed the Adobe Connect trial version and I received the confrimation e-mail but with no URL in it. In order tu log in a URL is needed. What can I do?Thanks for your help

Will Connect allow grouping of pods for an event? For example you may want to display multiple Polls at once or a combination of Share (Note), Poll, and Chat for simultaneous display? This would eliminate a high number of point and click tasks to display what you need. If a Group display was prepared in advance you could do this with 2-3 clicks.

Dear all, We make regular Webinars with our customers. They are using 90% of the time the html-client/browser, since they do not want to install the app. For most participants this works fine. But from some participants, I get the feedback, that they cannot enter the room. When connecting, the loading stops at "Preparing room". Even if they wait for 10 minutes or more, they cannot connect. Are you experiencing the same problem or have an idea, how I can help my participants?Thanks
Everytime a user logs into Adobe connect she is asked to reset her password. every day she has to get a link to reset the pasword. the password is being entered correctlyAny suggestions on how to fis this woudl be great!Thank you
I am on the free trial for adobe connect meetings. I was sent a link to access the meeting rooms but this is no longer appears to works; saying I no longer have access. I have the app downloaded but it just asks for the meeting link. I have since changed the email address on the account to see if that would help but evidently not. How do I access the meeting rooms as an administrator? I am the only one with access to this account so should have all permissions required.

We are using the Seminar room facility to create the webinar rooms of up to 500 capacity. However we have found for the last few days that newly created rooms are not letting people enter - participants or hosts. We have used an older room and renamed it however upon renaming it that stopped working. We have found that today these rooms work "sometimes" for certain people. Are there any service degradation issues occurring at present? This was also happening for the smaller standard meeting rooms up to 100 participants.
Dear Community, I'm using adobe connect to participate in an online class. The instructors have provided usernames and passwords to access practice rooms in adobe connect. After I'd downloaded adobe connect, I'm unable to log in to the practice rooms. Please let me know what are your suggestions to allow for the connection in adobe connect. Thanks!
We're trying to host an Adobe Presenter HTML5 file on our website for outside viewing and our IT people have asked about the API Key so they can embed the file. Does someone have a solution?
Hi,Yesterday we had an problem in a meeting. 2 users couldn´t hear the host and in the recording you only can hear the host voice using the application, entering the recording by browser like Chrome you neither can hear the voice of the host. The users could hear the other users just fine only the host was not audible.Any ideas?ThanksDaniel

Hello, dear Adobe community, my organization uses Adobe connect integrated with Canvas LMS for teaching purposes. At the office, there are no real issues because we use Microsoft Windows 10. Yet, because of the COVID-19 quarantine, we have been forced to work from home for two months now. At home, I am a regular linux user and I had not had the need to buy a Windows license so far (and frankly don't really intend to, either). The point is that I really need linux support of the Adobe connect desktop app. I am currently teaching from home using the web based interface; however, there are situations that require sharing my desktop in order to show my students how to perform certain activities. I cannot depend on external tools because all classes need to be recorded. Hope this quarantine situation motivate you to extend your support to different operative systems. Even Microsoft has taken the first step. I am currently using MS Teams in linux. Thank you in advance.Reg
I packaged my PowerPoint presentations to Adobe Connect so that the video will run within the PPT in one share pod. I'm getting feedback that our participants on iPads are unable to see/hear video and ultimately the PowerPoint dissapeard. Is this known, or am I missing a setting? Thank you!
In AdobeConnect, with the global setting of VoIP disabled in Compliance and Control, is there a way to allow VoIP for specific meetings?
I often host Adobe Connect meetings for clients. Multiple times the application drops me. The only way I know is that I will see that my video has frozen. I am on a 2020 MacBook Air. When this happens I have to go to my activity monitor where I will see that Adobe Connect is non-responsive. I force quit, and then re-load. To my knowledge this has never happened to a participant -- only me, the Host! What on earth is causing this? It does not happen on other platforms like Zoom or GoToMeeting -- at least it hasn't yet -- only AdobeConnect. This makes me think that it is NOT a connectivity issue -- unless Adobe Connect requires a lot more bandwidth than the other platforms listed. Help!
hi there I'm trying to share an application window during a meeting. I allowed securty and privacy of macos catalina 10.15.6 beta. but the adobe connect ap repeatedly asks this permission. but the permission is already granted on the privacy window. I see the checkbox checked. what's the problem? can anybody help?
I know that meeting hosts can choose the option "Only registered users may enter the room (guest access is blocked)". Is there a way for an Administrator to set that at the account level so that no meetings can allow in guests? I went through all the Compliance and Control settings and the Account settings, and I cannot see any way to enforce across the account. Is it possible or do we have to rely on the hosts to keep the meetings secure?
I regularly download the videos of the meetings for editing.I want to be able to do so without hearing the audio from it as it plays back in real time to download.With the audio there it means that I cannot get on with any other editing work because I am hearing two sets of audio.This makes me very unproductive.Is there a way of making the download process silent?
Is it possible to pre-assign students/attendants to breakout rooms before an Adobe Connect meeting? Once the meeting has started, the students would be automatically assigned to their respective breakouts when the breakout function is on. For example if I'd like to have students whose surnames start with capitals A-E in one breakout, students F-J in another and so on. I'd be very grateful for your help with this.
My screenshare in Adobe Connect has suddenly stopped working. Students in my class can only see my desktop wallpaper, not the browser (Chrome) that I want them to see.I think some sort of permission has been deactivated but I cannot figure out how to fix it or why it happened. Can anyone assist?
Hi, In Adobe Connect, the Even distribute button doesn't work. I click on it and NOTHING happens. I watched a training video and I know I'm doing it right. It's not working in the application, it's not working in any browser that I tried. I may have up to a 100 participants in my trainings, I'm not going to assign all of them manually. It's crazy. If this problem can't be fixed, I want to know how we can get our money back. Breakout rooms are the ONLY reason we bought adobe connect in the first place. If it doesn't work, we don't want it. Thanks.
In Adobe Connect product:As a presenter I have uploaded powerpoint presentations to be able to show them. Is only for me available? Can an Administrator access my powerpoint presentations?Because I want to protect my presentations of distribution.Thanks Gary
