Hi There!I'd like to use Adobe Connect with my teachers organisation to run teacher development webinars, but I have a few questions:1) Can we use Adobe Connect for registration ahead of the webinar, if so, how?2) If so, what details are requitred from guests to register for webinars? Does Adobe keep this info? Is it secure? How long before the info is deleted?3) Can we use Adobe Connect to produce a certificate of attendance for registered users who turn up on the day and attend for more than 30 mins? Can this be done automatically, if so, how?Sorry to ask so many questions. Many thanks in advance!Tony
I am curious about Adobe Seminar. If I have a single Seminar for 250 users, can I have any number of concurrent Sessions/Breakout Rooms- you might call them "Events". Can you have concurrent Events in a single Seminar (like 25 with 10 participants each) and have separate URLs to enter the 20 Events? Thanks!!

Hi! For Adobe Connect Meeting, we are going to do polling (voting really) during the meeting, and I don't want people sharing meeting login credentials with others, so they can vote twice on a subject. Is there any way to limit access to just 1 concurrent login, per user account?

Using corporate cloud subscription.. have downloaded Adobe Presenter, can see in the Powerpoint Ribbon but any time I click on anything in the Presenter Ribon. Dear, I bought Adobe Presenter. The installation runs smoothly, opening to PowerPoint too.When I want to record my video by clicking on the red dot, a frame appears with the following message:"Application encoutered an internal errorIf the problem persist, please report on product support forums or contact the support team. "I also installed the program on another computer but I had the same problem there.I also changed all my resolution from my screen to different channels.
I tried to reach the Adobe support service for an issue with our Adobe Connect account, but the chatbot doesn't recognize our user account as associated with a contract. We actually pay monthly our Adobe Connect account.Is there any alternative way to contact Adobe Support?
We are navigating ongoing audiable voicemail disturbances during Adobe Connect webinars. I have tried to navigate around this by choosing AUDIO > enable single speaker, although I do not have that option as a host in my Adobe Connect room. Any thoughts on why I cannot enable this function? Thanks!
I was trying to find something in another document while attending class through adobe connect and clicked ctrl+F to find in the document. I was still in Adobe Connect, not the document, and the Adobe Connect window went to full screen. I couldnt access minmize, maximize, close, or the whole title bar in general and couldnt access the taskbar either. the only thing on my whole screen was the Adobe Connect pods. I had to completely restart my machine to get out of Adobe Connect and go back in to not have it at full screen because I didn't know how to undo the ctrl+F shortcut. Could anyone tell me how to undo the Ctrl+F full screen shortcut for Adobe Connect? Thank you.
Hello, I am currently hooking my laptop up to a flat screen TV. Is there a way to make Adobe Connect full screen so that my toolbars don't show up on the screen (such as the start bar and the Internet Explorer toolbars).
Hi,I am trying to develop some Custom PODs but am really struggling to get the HTML5 versions working.I have the Documentation (Draft4) and the SDK with the Saple App (BasicListSync) but the JavaScript is all Minified and the application appears to be overly complex for use as a simple example!Does anyone have an example of a really simple Custom POD that uses the HTML5 functionality that they can share?Thank you.
I am hosting a live Adobe Connect seminar that several hundred people will attend simply as viewers (forced mute/not participating in any way). There will also be about 30 people who will be actively participating (allowed to speak during discussions, vote in polls, and control slides in some cases). My thought was to make those people "Presenters", to avoid having to find each of them in a long attendee list whenever we need to give them elevated permissions. That seems to work fine except for when using a poll pod. In our case, we need the poll to be taken by (and only by) those "Presenters". But by having the Presenter role, they are able to see the polling results as they come in (which we don't want) and have access to the buttons to control the poll. Is there a workaround? Or an alternative to making them Presenters (make them Participants but labeled or grouped in some way that they can be easily and quickly found in a long list of atten
I have recorded an Adobe Connect meeting. All I want is the video/audio element of the recording. I can see how to remove the chatbox etc but the main "blank" shared screen is there in prominence and I can't get the Videos to be full screen. All I have is tiny pics in the top right hand corner. While I can make them bigger by clicking on the Icon what I want is to create a recording which is just these video elements. Surely there is a sensible way to do this?
We are looking at a web share program that would also give us the ability to see multiple participants' desktops at the same time, we want to see what they have on their screens throuhgout out the day while connected to Adobe connect. Is that possible through any of the Adobe Connect plaforms?

I'm on a MacBook Air running macOS Catalina 10.15.4. I've downloaded the Adobe Connect desktop application and am testing it out. I want to share an application, not the entire desktop, but I get the message to grant rights to Screen Recording for the Adobe Connect app in Security & Privacy. I've done this multiple times. I've closed the desktop app. I've rebooted. I've turned the setting off and then back on. I've rebooted again. I continue to get the message and can only share my entire desktop. (The "Windows" option gives the same message.) I won't use Adobe Connect if I can't get this fixed. Ideas?

Do I have to use LDAP?and if I registerd them. Where they can login to? to adobe connect host URL? This my first time using adobe connect. I really apperciate your help.

I have last version of Connect App and of MacOSX. A lot fo times the App during a meeting freezes itself and I have to relaunch it, while people are in the room waiting for me. Do you know if there's some known typical bug?I really cannot understand the reason.
I'm trying to upload a PPT to Connect, and it's just hanging on the 'Starting Conversion' screen. The bar doesn't increase at all.I've tried using old PPT files that have been uploaded in the past without issues, and the problem persists.Any ideas?Thanks.
Hi, I've been attending classes via Adobe Connect for at least two months now. At first it went well, but one day it started to make a huge delay when I shared the screen. The connection bar goes from green to red instantly, and I tried everything I could think about to solve it. You may think it's not such a big deal, but I can't keep a good conversation with the professor when he/her is trying to give me feedback. There are at least 10 seconds of delay. It's not my wifi, I've used Data and it's still the same. My classmates don't have this issue. It would be great if anyone know how to fix this, looking forward to answers,Thanks.

I am a new Connect user. I uploaded some PowerPoints and found that the embedded videos DID work. Since then, I was informed that the videos must be imported using Adobe Presenter. Can someone tell me if this will make a difference? Removing the videos and replacing them will take a lot of time. Thanks.
I'm not sure if this is due to me using a free trial of Connect, so please let me know if that's the issue. I have existing API code for our external application, which queries the Adobe Connect Web Services xml api for attendance reports after a meeting is over. Our meeting attendees are all guests, except for the host, so the only actual Adobe Connect user in attendance is the host. We send users to the proper meeting URL and append 'guestName=' so they are automatically allowed into the meeting. The problem is that I could have sworn also appending other metadata, like '&email=xxxx@xxxx.com' would propogate into the adobe reports, so that we would have information about the guest other than 'guestName' with which to trace them back as users in our external application. Am I wrong about this? Can we pass any other values besides 'guestName' into the meeting URL that will allow us to tag the guests on the attendance report? Even just an email address
