I see on https://helpx.adobe.com/adobe-connect/adobe-connect-html5-capabilities.html that "Video pod - viewing video streams" is supported. Does anyone know how that will work? Can I paste a YouTube URL in the pod and play it?Thank you.
I just signed up for a Free Adobe Connect account but did not get sent the asccess URL. I do have my registered email address and password. Where od I find the Access URL.
I'm using Adobe Connect as a virtual call meeting service, though it works, it looks woefully under rated compared to applications like zoom, google meet, microsoft teams. It's not optimized for retina display monitors, it requires flash, I can't set recurring meetings, the service doesn't provide an audio conference line (I have to set up my own audio line), and most of the the how-to guide was last updated in 2018. What are you plans for this appication in the age where virtual meetings will continue to increase? If I am mistaken, someone please share.
We logged in this morning and did a briefing session with our trainers which was reflective of the changes we made to the classroom yesterday. We logged back in 1 hour later and our link is now taking us to an older version of our classroom - all changes lost. Can someone help?
Hello,we recently bought a burst pack to increase the limit from 100 to 500 participants. In theory that should activate automatically right? (if we have spare minutes) now I have a room with 100 participants, showing the following message to others who try to enterUser Limit ExceededThe user limit for this meeting has been exceeded. Contact your meeting organizer for assistance. am i missing anything? //this thread can be closed sorry. Provider hadnt activated the burst pack yet....thank you in advance
Not sure why, but over the past week or so the client app keeps crashing on me. Many times it's right when I start breakouts or end breakouts. Just clicking those buttons, crash. But also others times, even when uploading a PPT to a share pod. Eventually gets to the point where I need to reboot just to launch the meeting. I'ver tried removing the app and reinstalling. Anyone else experiencing Mac issues with the client app? Open to thoughts and suggestions. Mac OS: Mojave (10.14.6)
I recently downloaded the latest Adobe Presenter. I want to publish (HTML format) a small presentation which will have a small description saying a few words. In Theme I have disabled "Show Sidebar" option and in Settings I have set title and summary under Presentation -> Appearance. The point is that I see the summary nowhere. I do not know where it should appear but I do not see it. All I need is to add a small text on top, above the presentation. Is there a way to add it?Also, is there a way to inform the user that some pages in the presentation have video? When a slide with video is shown, nothing indicates that this is a video.
Hi all, Based on the following URL we can see HTML5 should support Audio and Video:https://helpx.adobe.com/adobe-connect/adobe-connect-html5-capabilities.html But for some reason we do not have the video option yet. Additionally the audio has a very annoying tick in it, while the audio is fine when using the Application. Does anyone know how to upgrade to 10.8? Or how can we fix this? Regards, Nika.
Hi Community, As an attendee in Adobe connect, the camera zooms in on my face when the host puts all attendees in the right corner. What can I do to prevent this? There was a suggestion I came across about changing my camera resultion, but do not know how to do this. Mike

I've created 3 meeting templates for use. All three templates open fine when accessed directly. Two of the templates work well when a new meeting is created from them. However, one of the templates seems to fail when a new meeting is created from it. I get a blank layout with a single Notes pod, with the following text:The template you are looking at is the one we use if the default template feature is not working.I would really not like to have to recreate the meeting layouts! Any suggestions for how to get this working?

Hi all I'm investigating a number of video conferencing platforms for a group of K12 schools in the UK. I cannot find how many participants can be seen 'onscreen' in a meeting. I know you can toggle between filmstrip and grid view but nowhere can I find the maximum users on screen at any time. Thanks for the help
So, I have the link for a onlineroom from my university, but when the brower redirects me to the desktop app, the deskstopp app will not open. it will just show the green loading bar as if it would be loading. I tried different browsers
Recently I signed up for Adobe Connect Learning. I see my domain URL is something like this - https://meetXXXXXXXX.adobeconnect.com . In many cases, I see the URL starts with custom name i.e. SHRM.adobeconnect.com ... How can I change from "meetXXXXXXXX.adobeconnect.com" to "CompanyDomain.adobeconnect.com"? Thanks in anticipation.

In the Canvas navigation bar on the left, I click Videos > Create > Record a new session which opens Panopto and I click record.In the Canvas navigation bar on the left, I click Conference room, then click Join to start a meeting,When I review the recordings, The cursor is black, small and hard to see. At the system level of my PC I can change the settings but, they don't apply to the recording.Is there a way to change the cursor size and color for better viewing in a recording?Thank you,Sheldon

My questions are about licensing and concurrent and total users. The feature set of the "Per Meeting Host 25" plan is sufficient for my needs. I will never have more than 25 people participate in a live meeting which I will record. I want to use that recording for asynchronous distribution to hopefully many thousands of viewers over time, but I will never have more than 100 simultaneous viewers/users of a recorded meeting. Which license do I need? Do I need: a). the "Per Meeting Host 100" (Contact Sales for Pricing) b). the Live Virtual Classrooms 200 - #$370 per month c).
