Hello, my problem is that I can not reset the password for the 'access to the portal ADOBE Connect. I connect to the web page https://eseminars-emea.adobeconnect.com/system/login/ok?next=%2F&set-lang=en (or https://eseminars-emea.adobeconnect.com) to review an eSeminar, Login to insert the latest credentials used and I get the 'error "Invalid user or password. Please try again.", then follow the procedure "Forgot your password", comes the email with the link to reset the password, I enter a new password, the message "your password has Been changed" I click the button below for a new login with the new password and again appears the error "Invalid user or password. Please try again.". I performed the procedure for 3 times with different passwords all 8 characters and over but without result. thanks Best regards Andrea
When using Adobe Connect for a live lesson, is it possible to have multiple speakers at the same time without getting screeching feedback from the mic?
I am a trainer and I record webinars for my students so that if they miss the face to face classes, they can catch up by listening to the webinar recording. I recorded a webinar that was just over an hour long, then after 29min and 40sec, the audio just stops all together. The green mic stayed on the entire time that I ran the webinar and one of my students just brought this to my attention today. Please help........

However, my students whom I have enrolled into this meeting are unable to log into the meeting room unless I enter the meeting. I have currently given myself the role of a host, while my students are participants. When I click recording after a I make a video and click the URL for my recording I only get sound but no images, even thought I could see myself on the webcam in the box on the upper right side during the process of making my video. I have an issue with videocam images greying out and not re-starting during an Adobe Connect meeting. How do I manage this problem as the meeting host? I have been able to get meeting participants' videocams re-started by having them log out of Adobe Connect and then re-entering the meeting. But that solution is annoying and time-consuming for the participant. And it's impossible for the host and the presenter, without seriously disrupting or even ending the meeting. I have had this happen to 4 participants so far in just 6 meetings with this platform, and it's happened to me as host twice - most recently yesterday. What are my options, short of a re-boot?
Good Morning. I created an Adobe account. When I try to login to Adobe Connect with my email and password it is saying it is incorrect. Do I need to make a different account with Adobe Connect?
The user clicks on the meeting room link and keeps getting a "This page cannot be displayed..." with notes about checking his internet connection. His connection is fine and he is only getting this message from Adobe Connect meeting rooms. I sent him the meeting connection diagnostic test. He saw all the verbiage from "Meeting Connection Diagnostic" down, but not the actual test results above. This user works for a law firm and we think that it might be security settings not allowing him to access this site. I looked on the web, but couldn't find a similar issue in my search. Hey,The organization work in has bought the right to host a Adobe Connect server. While I enter my account on that server as an admin I get the message that my user account will soon be terminated. (the best translation I could do from russian)I was wondering how does that work. Will the right to host a server from adobe be over, or it is something internally that we need to do?Any advice would be appreciated.Thx

Hello,my company runs a Adobe 7.5 Server and is generally very happy with it bandwidth- and performancewise. But when a Windows 8, 8.1 Client is sharing his screen, the other participants are experiencing a severe delay / lag of appr. 10 seconds between the voice and the image from the screen sharing, which makes it really difficult to follow what the presenter is talking about. Of course this problem is getting bigger and bigger over time, because there are less and less windows 7 clients on which Connect 7.5 works perfectly fine.We have tested the newer versions from 8 through 9.3 but we have experienced an increase in overall hardware usage and bandwidth compared to 7.5.Is this a known issue and is there maybe a simple solution?Thanks in advance,Jan

I have been asked to evaluate the possibility of using Microsoft's new Skype For Business as a replacement for Adobe Connect. I've been using Connect for years but I've never used Skype, Lynk or this new amalgam that Microsoft is including in their O365 suite. Can anyone give me advice on how they compare and contrast? What are the advantages of Connect? What are the disadvantages of Skype for Business?
The Adobe Connect add-in crashes when I attempt to share screen (Desktop) in Windows Vista Home Premium (32-bit) Service Pack 2. I receive the error message with the heading "Adobe Connect Add-in has stopped working". The message says, "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." The only button that I can click on is "Close program". I made sure that the screen resolution is a multiple of 16 ("1280 by 768 pixels"), as this article says. I am using Adobe Connect 9 with the "Named Host Pricing Model". Does anyone have the solution to this issue? Thank you.
