A course within a curriculum does not report completion. I am forced to override their completion. Why is this course not accurately recording completion? Also, why are the users only enrolled in the curriculum and not enrolled into the individual courses? Is this affecting the completion status?

Adobe Connects ignores Apple's native 'accessibility' zooming. On my laptop the screen zooms fine, but the image on connect doesn't.Suggestions for a workaround much appreciated!

Hi All, I conduct skill training sessions using Adobe Connect and would like the ability to record a role play between two people sharing webcams, and have the ability to immediately play back and debrief this video recording. Besides using a third-party screen capture program, are there any other solutions/techniques I can use to accomplish this. Many thanks in advance.Jon
Only just recently on my MAC and Firefox that has always worked- anytime I do SHARE SCREEN, the whole application/program crashes and offers no solutions.
I'm a Meeting Host. I have a bunch of Meetings in Shared Meetings folder but I can't get an access to them now. That's what I see if I click on the Shared Meetings option:Not AuthorizedYou do not have permission to access this item. Just a couple of hours ago everyting was fine. I haven't changed any settings since then. What could have happened? What should I do?

I know they still use a support case system, since one was opened for me a couple of months ago, but IIRC, they opened it on their side. Maybe customers can no longer directly submit cases. In any event, the broken link obviously should be fixed -- either corrected to point to a valid support case entry page, or deleted if customers are no longer allowed to open cases.
User on a Mac with latest Connect Add In which crashes when attempting to share the Desktop..Any ideas???

We have recently had a security audit done and one of the highlighted issues was that the version of Flash Media Server on our Adobe Connect servers (4.0.3) is no longer supported and that the supported version is 4.5. We are currently running Adobe Connect 9.1.1 and I am due to upgrade to 9.3 soon. Will updating to 9.3 also update the version of Flash Media Server to 4.5 or higher? Alternatively is it ok to just apply Flash Media 4.5 or higher?Thanks

i am using outlook 2010 and i have installed the outlook add-ins ver3.5 to my laptop. i was trying to login the server through add-ins with my login details. But it popup"cannot establish the connection to server, please check your server address and account", the server i am using is "intercall-apac.adobeconnect.com". Just want to know is there any port should be opened on the firewall?
