Adobe Student Subscription Lost Even though I'm Still Paying for it

I don't know if others have had this issue before but recently I've lost my adobe student license that I've been paying for out of no where. I used my school email since it was a requirement to get the $19.99/month for a year, however, all of the invoice history on the account is erased and I cant locate them. I'm still paying for it but I don't have access to any of the applications for some strange reason.
