help? I can't find out which account my subscription is on

hello,

I've used photoshop/ indesign in the past so it was no surprise to me that I had an ongoing subscription (it's taking money out of my card each month) however, I can't find out which of my emails this subscription is on so I am unable to use it. I'm not sure how to get onto customer support on here. halp.

I see you have an Adobe account under the same ID as with forums, however, there is no active subscription under this ID.
