I have a 11 year old Apple iMac running macOS Monterey 12.7.6 and because of this I have not had any Photoshop 2025 or Lightroom Classic (LrC) updates for the last few years because of this.  My plan renews in one months time (just had the reminder email), so my question is, if I cancel the renewal, will I still be able to use Ps 2025 and LrC as it currently stands and still be able to upload to my linked Flickr account? Darren

Ahora me encuentro en mi tarjeta que me debitaron dinero, veo y fue de adobe.com (ahi recorde que abia olvidado cancelar la subscripcion). Sinceramente ya no uso el servicio y estoy pagando por algo que no estoy usando hace rato y quisiera saber si seria posible un reembolso del dinero ya que ese dinero aunque parezca poco lo necesitaba para otra cosa mas importante. Well i reactivated it and changed the plan now. But still, do i still charged? 

I wanted to try out the free trial in adobe so I entered my card and got it. And after that I forgot to remove my card and I got charged for a monthly subscription of $36. Then I went through the policy and terms and it clearly mentioned that I could receive my refund within the first 14 days so I cancelled it. But I still didn’t receive my refund and it has already been more than a month. Adobe is a scam 

My account was deducted 106 dollar and I want to refund back .. there is no policy or no way to connect your team ?

I thought I canceled my Adobe Acrobat Pro but only now see that Adobe canceled Adobe Acrobat AI Assistant Plus, something I never even signed up for. This is a sneaky way of billing customers. I now canceled Acrobat Pro today, on the day of the billing and Adobe ends the subscription immediately, even though it is paid for. Just another reflection of Adobe's business model..

I took a adobe 7 day trial to try it for my business. I cancelled it after 5 days. I noticed money taken from my bank by Adobe; at first I thought it may be a scam and reported it. I had used my company email for the trial. When I came to work and checked Adobe to confirm, it had cunningly charged me for AI feature that I didn’t even sign up for separately. When I signed up to adobe bundle trial, it was part of it, but when I ended my trial, Adobe still saved my card details and charged me for AI assistant, that I don't even use. This is such a shame, Adobe, for a long standing company like you to cheat this way. Absolutely disgusting. 

Hi, Are there any senior discount programs available? Being on a limited fixed income is difficult to continue using Adobe software.

How do I make an official complaint to Adobe by email? I've been paying for an app after I cancelled the trial. 

Hello there,I am from Germany. I have subscribed for AI Assistant for Acrobat. I wanted to try the 7-day free trail version but somehow I missed it. I have already paid one months subscription. Now, I want to cancel the subscription but It shows I have to pay 32.92 euros. As I am a student, It’s really tough fpr me to pay that amount. Can I get some waiver or something like that?Thank you in advance for your advice.
