Is there still no way to completely remove my credit card details form the adobe database?? The only option I had was to edit it, or to add a new one - No option to remove it entirely.

I have a monthly charge of $36.90 from Adobe that has been being taken out since August?! I wish I would've seen it sooner to get it stopped. I have checked under every email I have and I have no subscription to any plans. No email transaction receipts.. nothing! Trying to get customer service with Adobe is ridiculous! No email for support?!  And the AI chat is not helpful whatsoever. 

 I see that payments other than my Creative Cloud membership fee have been deducted from my bank account. These payments were made by Adobe Saggart without my knowledge.

Hi, I clicked on to do the seven day trial for Adobe Scan and I canceled it before the end of seven days. I just got my bill from Apple and I’m being charged for two subscriptions one for 19.99a month and one for 9.99 a month. When I go into my Apple subscriptions, it shows that I canceled a 9.99 a month sub subscription.  There is no 19.99 subscription showing. So I’m being charged about $30 and I don’t know for what. I’m very upset right now.

When reviewing my account and plans page, I noticed that I have been subscribed to the same “Creative Cloud Pro” plan twice under my Adobe ID. Both plans show identical inclusions (Photoshop, Lightroom, 100 GB cloud storage, and Generative AI uses) with renewal dates in April and March 2026 respectively. I did not intentionally purchase or knowingly agree to maintain two subscriptions for the same plan.Because of this, I have effectively been paying for the same plan twice each month for roughly the past year. I only required one active Creative Cloud Pro subscription and had no reason to maintain two identical plans. IRETA (my organization) was incorrectly categorized under Medical Research and Addiction Treatment, even though our Articles of Incorporation clearly state that we’re a public health nonprofit focused on community health, education, and systems improvement. We do not conduct medical research, provide clinical care, or run treatment programs.I’ve submitted multiple appeals, uploaded all requested documentation, and even sent Goodstack our governing documents and mission statements. Despite that, they refuse to correct our classification — and they won’t explain why.I’ve repeatedly asked Goodstack for:The criteria or process they use to assign categories The specific factors that led them to misclassify us Any additional documents they need to fix itThey dodge

How do you request a refund on Adobe? I do not see any link to  request a refund on their website. I cancelled a Adobe Pro subscription before the trial period ends but was still charged several amounts despite not having any active paid subscription.

Hi,I tried the Manage Plan Option for weeks, on an Apple Mac Pro M1 Computer with Chrome, Chrome in incognito mode, Safari and on Android Phone with chrome. Ich erlaube mir die Frage, nachdem ich Ihre Software Jahre im Abo hatte, ob Sie mir nicht einen günstigeren Preis anbieten können? Während der Abo-Zeit habe ich Ihnen für die Software-Nutzung > CHF 6000.-- bezahlt. Das müsste doch eigentlich jetzt für einen tieferen Abo-Preis reichen. Wenn Sie mir einen Abo-Preis von CHF 50.-- /Monat. gewähren könnte, würde ich das Abo wieder aktivieren. Andernfalls sehe ich mich gezwungen auf die wesentlich kostengünstigere Variante CorelDraw Graphic Suite zu wechseln. Können Sie mir entgegenkommen. Ich bin pensioniert und nutze die Software nur noch sporadisch für mich. Absolut keine konventionelle Nutzung. Es dünkt mich, da sollte doch etwas zu machen sein. Wie danken Sie darüber?
