Ayuda, realicé mi pago anual de Adobe, en el link 'Factura e historial de facturación' se refleja el pago, a mi correo también llegó la confirmación del pago, pero, en 'Creative Cloud' me sigue apareciendo que no he pagado. Por favor, qué puedo hacer? Gracias!

I wanted to download a pop art font. Adobe suggested a free trial to do so that ends on 13 December 2025. I said yes and it immediately debited money from my account! Maybe it's because I already pay for photoshop, I don't know, but the LEAST they could do is warm me that the free trial is not valid for me!Instead it just said 'start free trial' and then debited money from my account! 

I am trying to reach someone at Adobe about the recent charges to my account.  I have attempted to cancel this service however my account says no paid subscription yet my card is being debited $29.99. I need to get this stopped.

I have the same issue. Can anyone respond please?I forgot to cancel it and was charged last month, but I'm not using the service at all. I don't see the manage my account on account of the outstanding payment.

I’m having a serious issue with my Adobe subscription and I’m hoping someone here can help or escalate this.I cancelled my previous plan over one month and six days ago, and I was told that I would receive a refund. However, I still have not received any refund at all. In the meantime, I have already been charged for my new subscription.I contacted Adobe Support multiple times through chat, but every time I was told something different and no one was able to resolve the issue. To double-check, I also contacted my bank — they confirmed that no refund was ever issued to my account.I’m a student, so this long delay has been really difficult financially. I just need the refund that was promised when I cancelled the old subscription.Is there anyone from Adobe who can actually look into this or escalate it to the correct team? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Starting in June 2025, I purchased a new plan for Adobe Acrobat under the same account.Since then, I have been charged every month, but I have not been able to use the product. Why I’m being charged but cannot access the service. Dear Sir I was using your trail version form adobe scanner but it was accidentally debited 6200 from my account without prior information,same time I was cancelled this subscription because it is not useful for me, but after cancellation my refund is not initiated.So I request you please refund my payment.

Hi, for last few months I'm getting invoices from ADOBE in Portugese. All invoices were send to me in English so far. I use Polish and English in my profile (that was set for last 5 years), so I have no idea where did that language change came from. I have contacted Adobe Support on chat - they asured me that they have changed it and now I will get invoices back in English on my email... it was twice, the same situation for Adobe Assets invoice and few weeks later for my CC subscription. Today I got another invoice for ADOBE Stock Assets - in Portugese again, the whole email was writen in Portugese. Please help... anyone? I know I can generate and download English invoice from my panel... but I was getting them on my email, and it was convinient - can anyone help me to solve this problem?

Estimado equipo de atención al cliente de Adobe, Me dirijo a ustedes para presentar una reclamación por cobros indebidos en mi cuenta asociada al correo <email removed by mod> El día 21 agosto cancelé mi suscripción a Adobe Acrobat, sin embargo, he comprobado que se me han seguido realizando cargos mensuales de 6,48 € correspondientes a los meses de agosto, septiembre y octubre de 2025. Quisiera destacar que no he vuelto a utilizar la aplicación desde la fecha de cancelación y que, aparentemente, la suscripción se reactivó automáticamente el mismo día sin mi autorización. Solicito, por tanto: El reembolso de los importes cobrados indebidamente (6,48 € × 3 meses = 19,44 €). Adjunto capturas de pantalla o comprobantes de los cargos y de la cancelación si lo requieren.Agradezco su pronta atención y una respuesta a la mayor brevedad posible. Atentamente, Maria Harper.

Hello Adobe Support Team, I am seeking your help as I cancelled my monthly subscription yesterday on 11th-Oct as it was going to be renewed today on 12th-Oct. Then today I just got a message from my bank that Adobe susbcription got charged and I see my a bill on my account although I did a success cancellation yesterday! So how does this happen and why there is no a direct support link to open a ticket for registered accounts?!

Hello! I'm trying to cancel my CC Files Storage 1TB Plan. I go through the correct procedure, but just before completion, I get the message 'Unable To Load Data.' I've tried relaoding, using different browsers, using different devices, turning-off anti-virus/sheild, but nothing gives. It's been 48hrs of trying. Any thoughts?
