I have to say i am very dissapointed in Adobe Support, as i have been dealing with the problem since last week and they just do not come back. When you go on the support, you have to speak to a new person everythime. This is a great prodoct when it works but when it does not work , you do not get support.

Do you have a Case Number provided by Adobe Support?
