I booted up my computer, launched the Adobe CC application, and was supprised to see that I was required to log in, and verify my credentials after having used the software with no issue the last few days. After signing in, and verifying my email address, the window began to loop between a loading screen, and a "You have been signed out" notification. I tried the solution posted here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/enterprise-teams/re-adobe-cc-user-login-loop/td-p/9818135?page=1 Which successfully brought me to the login screen where I logged in, and again validated my email, but after clicking "Sign In", The same loop occured. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've set Creative Cloud to not start when I log in.Howver, if I even touch an Adobe product, not only does Adobe Creative Cloud start, but so does Creative Cloud Desktop, multiple Adobe CEF Helper instances, Adobe Genius Software Integration, multiple Adobe Spaces Helper, CCLibraries, CCX Processes, Creative Cloud Helper, Creative Cloud (32 bit), and maybe others with more obscure names. I also don't appreciate the Cloud icons taking up space in my system tray. There's no way that all these are necessary. How do I stop all these excessive services from starting, and just run Photoshop or Illustrator, and have them just run by themselves like normal software?  

Hi, I've been using MacBook a long time but it only has 16GB memory and I cant expand.  Want to get a pc bec need to relearn Windows also.  1. Which is the best pc for running Creative Cloud?2. Any big downsides to using pc over macbook? Cheers Jana

Hey!It seems like that the 5GB-Max Filesize for Creative Cloud still is a thing.But, this seems not realistic at all to me. Why would u subscribe to a membership for 1TB of storage, if i'm only allowed to store files up to max 5GB? This seems a bit off to me.Why?Well, we're living in 2020, close to 2021. 4K Videography and even 8K is getting commen to be used for creating & rendering files. Creating larger render-files and more then FHD or the old 720p. Why would there be a limit at all? Has this to do with stupid microstoraging? It's time to get off the 5GB limit rule, and let me upload me my 20GB Files! 

I am very confused about Creative Cloud. The app on my desktop computer (iMac 27") correctly lists all the apps I have installed on the computer, BUT does not list all the files in the "Your Work" section (such as lab files downloaded from Max sessions. If I look at Creative Cloud on the web, it shows all my files in "Your Work" but it only sees Acrobat Pro as installed on my machine but NONE of the other apps like Photoshop, Lightroom, etc. Why aren't these syncing?  

Hello - A large amount of my files in creative cloud are stored in this folder, app.breadcrumbs.tabs.archive, which is not accessible in my synced folder on my Mac. I cannot move the folders from this location to another folder. The only solution I have found is to download each file and then move it (this will take weeks to accomplish). Any help is appreciated.

Hello,I have been using the cloud service to manage my templates,photos,videos and all the stuff I need for video editing.recently I noticed that each time that I use the adobe cloud services my pc slows down until I cannot use it.So I decided to check whats up with that, I found out that each time the adobe creative cloud is syncing new/old files it takes 100% of my cpu! now I would understand that if I had old computer, but take a look at my specs tell me if its normal:CPU : ryzen 1500x quad core 3.50GHZGraphcis card : RX 570 seriesRam : 24GB RAMI have 2 SSD 1 v.2 and 1 hdd in total 4TB storage.I don't really need this service because I have lots of storage on the computer, but I want to be able to move from computer to another computer with my files ready to work. so thats why I'm trying to figure out why this is happening.btw, I did contact the support team, which did not help me and I think they have some kind of limited vocabulary. here is the conversation if you're interest

Hello all, I have the full version of creative cloud through my school on my desktop pc. In my account it says I have access to all of the mobile apps, however when I install and log in to them on my iphone, it does not recognize me having anything but the free trial and my files will not sync between the two. Its like it created a new free account for my iphone and i'm not sure how to sync these.  Thanks

Hello,This is somehow unrelated, but I can not find a way to post, please bear with me.I have a creative cloud subscription and I am trying to link a PDF with a specific page of my portfolio, and all I can do is get a link that takes you to the main page, which is not what I want.Is there a reason for that? When I try to delete files in Mobile Creations I get the error "Could not delete some items" and the files are not deleted.This occurs across web and iOS app interfaces for Creative Cloud and also when I try to delete these files via the iOS apps that created them.I have created this thread because I was unable to find a solution for this on the forums, or a way to contact support directly for Creative Cloud file issues

Can you please help as I have to complete my work ASAP. I can not open my work  to complete. It says System error on the screen and on the info bar it says something went wrong initialising creative cloud libraries 

How come CC doesn't show up in the FORCE QUIT dialog on the MAC.  I can't get it to quit or exit.  I can't reboot as I have too much work and it's a stupid feature that Adobe wouldn't allow quitting an application or killing it.  I am so tired of the operability issue with CC - the Platform is a pain in the rear and sucks up and hogs memory like a pig.  The attached image is what it does all the time on a MACBook Pro with 16GB of RAM on Catalina. Why bother with all this when none of the applications work anymore. What's also annoying is that there is no Forum for just CC - this one is for services and doesn't even have the right tags.

Aloha, I am downloading the demo files from the MaxSessions that go to my synced files but I can't access them through Illustrator or In Design or Photoshop when I'm in there.  I seem to only be able to access Cloud Documents. Can anyone tell me where I'm going wrong? 

For some reason, once I post, the option that used to be there under the "more" or "..." icon to edit my post disappeared. Anyone else having a problem? Very weird. Gappened about three weeks ago.

I can add files to creative cloud, but it will not delete files (even if they are not on my computer).  So now my folder in CC is about 3x the size of my own disk is and running out of space.  I also have a lot of bad pic's I no longer want on my CC that I cannot clear out.  This is very frustrating..

Hi,  I've hidden the review button behind the retake quiz button.  So learners can only review the quiz if they have passed.  But if they click and review their quiz answers then later click to exit the course their results from the quiz seem to be lost and do not report the the LMS.  Is there an issue with the quiz review button stopping score reporting?  How do I enable learners who pass the quiz to review their incorrect answers AND have their score also reported to the LMS? Many thanks for any help/suggestions.Alex 

Hello, This isn't a question or support post. I have some minor feedback to Adobe around their Creative Cloud Subscription Notifications and App Update systems. 1) CC Subscription Updates:You might have noticed that Adobe sends out an email to you when your subscription renews. The only thing here is that if your card somehow gets declined (Expired, Not enough Funds etc), You first get an email saying that they've received the payment for your subscription and then being notified a while later that the payment was unsuccessful. This is pretty confusing as they first let you know that everything has been processed before they notice you about errors. What Adobe could do here is to check the status of the payment before the emails are sent out so that the only email the user will receive is either one saying it was renewed successfully OR that the payment was declined.  2) App Updates:Adobe's apps are great and updates makes them better. No doubt about that. Howe

Unable to view Max Keynote in Android Creative Cloud app and browsers are stalling and irradict. What is going with Adobe. What a joke!
