Dear all, I have just saved an Illustrator document to the Creative Cloud storage, following the screen prompt which asked me where did I want to save it. I now want to insert that file into InDesign but I can't find it anywhere. In Finder > Creative Cloud files, it doesnt show there, why?  If I open the Creative Cloud app it is visible, then I make it available offline but I cannot find it anywhere. This has always baffled me, with Document Cloud before and now with CC ... where can I see my docs in a Finder window?  Thanks

Hi, the only way to re-activate syncing status is to delete all the*.db files from the computer. Any idea, what is going wrong resp. to fix that?

 Hi, I recently went from standalone to CC and it is using a lot of system resources. There are dozens of services and making it hard to use my computer. Can someone advise on how to use the new adobe platform without everything hanging and crashing. 45% CPU and a lot of RAMthanks

Hey guys! I've just got a print made and on closer inspection the edges are pixelated. I've had a look online with answers saying change the mode from crisp to sharp but it's done nothing. Appreciate the help!!

 Hi. Currently, I have the photography plan, but the company I work for at the moment is willing to pay for the plan. If they do that I have to cancel my subscription and give up my Adobe portfolio. Creative Cloud for teams has access to Adobe Portfolio, but is there a way to associate or transfer my current portfolio to the company account? Thanks,Hugo Santos

Hi I updated today my Creative Cloud to 5.3.0.468 & CC library 3.8.27.3 and I am now receiving this error (see below) that I must upgrade to the latest cloud libraries. I have followed all the instructions at:https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/libraries-panel-not-working.html?mv=product&mv2=accc And the problem remains.  Can anyone (preferably an Abode technical staffer) suggest a solution that works? Thanks!   

I am running CC on a Desktop, Laptop and Mobile phone.The Creative Cloud Libraries and images are correctly displayed in the Mobile CC App, the Laptop CC App and in the Desktop PC File Explorer but when you open the CC App installed on the desktop PC. despite it saying it has sync'ed correctly the libaries are correct but the images within are from +2 weeks ago.I have tried completely uninstalling the Adobe CC Desktop App and associated programs and then reinstalling from scratch but no success it still says syncs and displays old library data.

I have increased my memory 1T and the photos will not update plus I am all out of memory and can't figure out what to do. I deleted everything that I could. At 7K images in raw , I should not have any problems. Help!

I'm subscribed to both adobes photography plan as well as the premiere pro plan, both include adobe portfolio. However when I go to cancel premier pro, because I don't use it, klit says I'll lose access to my portfolio. Is this true because I love the website. 

We have a K-12 Creative Cloud All Apps subscription.  Last year we were able to launch Adobe Portfolio but this year we are not.  Has that been a change for this year?

I keep receiving a text with an Adobe code. I didn't request one. I have received this text from two different numbers. I see no evidence of being compromised. 

Hi, I am using a subscripted version of Adobe SPARK account, I got the information from Adobe.com that is all purchased function will be disabled when cancel the subscription and to be changed to free membership account afterward. After this change, I could also access my projects and have a limited features for new project creation, right? I would like to know that if I subscripted SPARK again, all features and projects created are to be resumed normal or not?

Is anyone else having library sync issues with this latest incarnation? The app auto-updated today and on both my Mac & PC I’m getting a Libraries sync issues error. I’ve followed both the suggested fixes which Adobe suggests, but to no avail.

Hope I am posting in the right place. I am getting warnings that I have used over 95GB of 100GB of my CC storage. However, the computer folder where I thought I kept all files stored on CC is 22GB. Admit I rarely investigate the CC app, really just use the program software, but would be grateful if someone knows where I might find the other 70 or so GB of files so I could delete or move them.  Cheers and thanks

I have just installed windows 10, subscribed to Adobe CC and installed a few apps. I am getting this error in regards to the libraries being synced. I clicked the link and followed all the instructions to try and fix it. It didn't work.Please advise, thank you in advance!Jayden

Hello. When I launch the Creative Cloud Desktop app, a notification appears "You may have limited access to Adobe apps or services". After I click on the notification, it is redirected to https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/limited_access_repair_tool.html, but the Limited Access Repair tool doesn't fix this issue. I tried updating the app, but that didn't help either. In addition, I know that some of my colleagues are also faced with a problem in the Creative Cloud Desktop, for example, an error with the notification "You are working in offline mode, check your Internet connection." I don’t understand what went wrong with the app after this month's update and how to fix the issues...

All of a sudden, these 2 things started happening:   1) Every time I log into adobe.com, I'm taken to Behance. That is not where I want to start. Can I change this?   2) After every bootup or restart, when I open either Lightroom Classic or Photoshop, I'm asked by my login. So now Creative Cloud app is not logging in automatically anymore either. How do I get this login to be automatic again?   Thanks, Marcy

Helly everyone! Have you noticed in your Creative cloud application a new Marketplace tab with access to libraries, plugins and directly to Adobe Stock  and Adobe Font? (Screenshare in French) Can you confirm the name in English? Market?  

Is there any way to set up approved brand content within Spark "Manage Brand" and then share this with other user accounts?It would be great to be able to create a brand style, with a dozen stylized templates, and a library of approved photography and images to pass on to social media managers to create and post without having to worry about inconsistencies and image issues.

Any attempt to share a link to one of "My Creative Cloud Files" in the latest macOS (10.15.6) seems flaky.  I can get it to work once, immediately after rebooting the iMac, but then the icon overlays (those little green dots with a checkmark) disappear.  A file added to the folder does appear to sync with the Cloud, but there is no way to share a link to that file without launching a Web browser and logging into my files on Adobe Cloud.  It would be much more convenient to do it via Finder, but that option disappears after the first attempt. -- Michael

Hello, I am interested in building a page in spark to share with a client. Once the project is up and finalized and the client has the URL, if my adobe account were to be deactivated for some reason, would the page still be up? Would the client be able to access the page with the original URL?  Thank you, Stephen

I use Premiere and occasionally Photoshop via my institution-wide licence. Last year I was able to use my school account on three different computers, but recently I had trouble launching Adobe apps on two of the said devices. I went to the IT administrator, who claimed that as a result of some new update to CC I will only be able to log in to CC on a single computer, and will have to log off to use it on another device. Is there any new policy like this in place? And if there isn't, how do I use CC on multiple devices without having to constantly log in/log off to it?

For those of us not in software development, client feedback and version control has been a bit of a wild west. I've come to belive that Adobe Bridge, with the right mods and some love from Adobe, could be made into an amazing way to control all your files, versions, and client feedback, but it's just not there yet. I'd like to know if anyone has any recommendations for software that helps you keep track of your design versions and the client feedback on each one.

My illustrator crashed 3 consecutive times while I was activating some fonts from your website and the crashing caused my synced files to get deleted. They are not accessible anymore on my computer and the only way I can access them is on my creative cloud on the browser--not even in the assets folder it's like a hidden folder or something: apps.breadcrumbs.tabs.archive. The folders are renamed with some extra characters, some files are not sorted properly in their folders.. Is there a way to get it back to when it was before the crashing? The only way I can see is download each manually and sort them out manually. I', mnot even sure if all my files are there... I have a deadline this week and your support has not been very helpful and quite slow. Your support app for screen sharing crashed about 20 times when we were using it, your support replies very very slowly, I cannot call you through my mobile device for some reason (I am not from the US). Please, can someone who knows wha
