HiI run a creative team who create web display banners in a variety of formats - social as well as the google web banners At the moment they create every banner separately. One at a time. Takes so much work and not best use of their talent. I'm looking at software that automatically resizes a banner to all the other formats. As they currently use Adobe for graphic creation would Adobe Spark offer this solution? Or is it only social dimensions where auto resizing is an option? thanks! 

Hi, I found the uv of the same week dosen't match with different time range selected (filters and segments are the same). A screenshot is attached for reference. Could someone help to clarify whether this is a bug or if there's a specific reason behind it?

hello to everyone,I have a trouble  with the manage of Adobe Commerce ver. 2.4.7-p2 (magento admin) Im trying to publish a promotion  on the site.1.- I create a new sub category  for all the  products has  this promotions (2484)2.-  Inside de the option content theres a block that I use  to highlight  products,  this one was created with different slides, I create a link with image of this slide just to create a new landing page  and just show to clients the products  in the new subcategory3.- Also I created a Catalog price rule  that applies to the category 24844.- both the new category and the slide images has  an Scheduled Changes activated  to end  Jan 31th ,  but when  When I click on the image that takes you to the products in promotion of the new category, the system only reloads the home page, as if it didn identify the new category. Force a manual reindex and cache update b

Hello Adobe Team,I’ve been using Adobe Portfolio for over 10 years to host my firm’s website (Stipfold) and have been paying a monthly subscription the entire time. However, it’s been more than five years since I’ve seen any meaningful updates or new features. It feels as though there isn’t a dedicated team working on Adobe Portfolio anymore.I’m not alone in this sentiment—over the years, I’ve noticed countless user requests and ideas posted around the community that never receive any official follow-up. Unfortunately, I also noticed there isn’t even a dedicated Adobe Portfolio category to post under, which makes me wonder about the level of support and attention this product is getting.My questions to Adobe are:Is Adobe Portfolio still actively being developed or maintained?Why haven’t we seen feature enhancements or timely improvements in such a long period?Are paying customers simply funding a product that’s no longer on Adobe’s development roadmap?I’m looking for an honest response

Hey, I wonder how to add an alt-text to the images in a photo grid on Adobe Portfolio?Ive searched the web and can only find the option for single images on the web page, but for the images in a photo grid (that displays my portfolio) i only find the option for an image text that is showing on top of the images. I want to add an alt-text to help my website SEO and get more traffic. How do i do it? 

I'm buying a new computer and can't seem to find the minimum specs for the creative suite apps. I most use photoshop, illustrator and Indesign and more rarely use Premiere Pro and Premiere Rush. This is getting very irritating. I've tried unsubscribing from receiving Adobe Education Exchange emails multiple times and each time I get the next email. I think I've tried unsubscribing from the button at the footer, I also unchecked Adobe Education Exchange emails as notifications received on my account, all no use! I would have gladly blocked the email address but when I do that on Gmail, it says mail@mail.adobe.com is blocked which is a problem because I do wish to receive other Adobe emails. I've seen this issue raised previously by someone else in 2022 on this very same forum and the person got a template answer to unsubscribe from the button at the footer of the email. WE'VE DONE THAT, IT DOESN'T WORK! 

The side-by-side texts become misligned when the browser window is resized to 1/2 of its full width, or on a vertical iPad layout. Dear Adobe developers, please fix this problem. I use this side-by-side text feature on almost every portfolio page so it can be extremely annoying at times. Was hoping anyone could clarify for me what happens after the plan ends/renews and youre no longer a student? I did get an email saying it would be renewed next month with a slight price increase but nothing asking me to re-verify. My issue is that I went on to check my account and the education area as I thought I had to imput that I've graduated but its now changed from saying Student until June 2021 to September 2021.I've not put any documents to be verified but on my account its saying that it will take 3 days for verification. Any help is much appreciated!

In my website view it appears perfect but in the tablet and mobile view it's very tiny and the site name disappears. How can I change the size for tablet and mobile view without changing themes? 

When I preview my site sometimes the text is aligned and sometimes it is not depending on the device. This is only happening with text modules that are side by side.  The desktop, vertical phone, and horizontal tablet are fine. you can see the side by side text "look and feel" is aligned with the text module above it "project"  But on the horizontal phone and vertical tablet the side by side text is closer to the left and no longer aligned with the text above it.   I've adjusted the width %, max width, and alignment to absolutely no effect. Does anyone know how I can fix this?      

I am attempting to reply to an inquiry from a potential client. When I try to send my reply I get the "unable to send message at this time". I understand that Adobe puts limits on the number of messages sent, but I am hardly a heavy user so what's the deal. I paused sending the message for a couple of hours and then tried to send again and got the same "unable..." message. Does anyone have a suggestion or solution?

Estou tendo dificuldades para resolver esse erro, ao abrir o app aparece a notificação abaixo. Ja reinstalei o aplicativo, desloguei e loguei novamente. Nada resolveu até o momento.  Tambem esta aparecedendo essas notificações no criative cloud.  

I am finding that even though I save multiple times, when the cloud crashes or there is a connectivity issue, my file crashes, and I get a 'Recovered' that loses the previous work.I can see that it was much more stable and much less rework when we had standalone licenses on our own machines.  This cloud-based stuff is a mess...running Photoshop and Illustrator and Premiere for almost three decades now.Chris 

Hi, I cannot see my current plan/billings... nothing. Also, i cannot use Lightroom community, everything is blank... I cannot contact support, same thing, Unable to load data. BUT, debit from my credit card works perfectly... Adobe, wake up.

Hey,  I tried to upload a file to "Your files" 3 times. Every time it asks that the file needs to be converted.I press okay, the upload starts and after while it says: Upload failed. Surprisingly the storage space decreases by the 3 times the file size (1 GB each).So something has been uploaded – it's not visible though …   

I have a video file that is 1.2 GB in size and i need to share it. I received a file size too large message. How do I expand the allowable file size of my Creative Cloud ?

Hi, I have disabled Adobe CC Sync and auto-update for all applications. Nevertheless, Coresync.exe is continuously exchanging data with Adobe servers on amazonaws (every 40 sec. exactly).Why ? Shouldn't it be quiet ? Thanks in advance.

When people click on it however it list what I actually want it to say in this case "Denver Nuggets" How do I make the term show up on the home page when hovered over instead of the year it was created? I am working on my Adobe Portfolio website with photos from Lightroom Classic collections.  I have created the website and it looks pretty good, but I cannot figure out how to reorder the 4 photo album thumbnails on my home website page in the way I want them ordered.  I read this page, but I do not see on my https://portfolio.adobe.com page the Reorder Page Content option it talks about. https://help.myportfolio.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036041293-Reordering-content-on-a-default-page  Can anyone help?  Thank you.
