I have no idea what has happened to the computer industry. I've been a part of it since 1982. Trying to speak to anyone but an AI system would be great but those darn systems loop in circles until I finally give up...  I live in Peru and I started learning Spanish in 2017. I speak it fairly well, write it fairly well but I am not the least bit interested in learning how to operate the entire collection of Adobe products in a language that is more or less foreign to me despite my 'limited knowledge. Apparently I have selected English as my language ... but the system continuously asks me if I want to change my region to the USA. I'm not even American... and IF I were to change my region to either Canada or the USA apparently my monthly price is double? I really don't understand why that would be for one; why I can't select my native language without the screen always changing to Spanish. Adobe is a HUGE system; isn't it logical that I would want to learn it as I'm more or less

I started my billing support chat at 1:36pm from where I live... went in circles with the ridiculous AI bot as usual because AI doesn't like clients actually speaking to real people. I finally get an agent on the chat that clearly skipped typing class... and she's unable to call me 'for some reason' but 15-20 minutes later she can... that was established at 1:54PM after watching her type ... with nothing more than an intro she likely copied and pasted into the chat window... by 2:04PM after asking if she can escalte this she replies that a manager will contact me in 1 hour... honest to gawd when the hell did the computer industry fall apart like this? I'm SO glad I don't have to admit I'm any part of this foolishness after serving my 3 decades... I'm speechless...

Google has indexed one of my pages (https://stevennicholsonphotography.com/mt-st-helens-2019) but not my top level page (https://stevennicholsonphotography.com/collections). Common sense would suggest that somehow editing a canonical reference would change this, thus letting Google index the correct page. However, I see no option for me, the website builder/user, on the Adobe Portfolio front-end CMS, to do this. Can a techie look into the backend of my Adobe Portfolio website’s code and change the canonical reference so that it references https://stevennicholsonphotography.com/collections?Otherwise, how can this be resolved? Thank you.

I can't use any creative cloud services or generative fill or anything that requires a connection to the internet, besides downloading or updating Adobe apps. It now says it's not possible to verify the status of my subscription.I have tried uninstalling creative cloud and all adobe products and reinstalling them, but it does not fix the issue.

The title says it all.My CC cloud storage is completely empty, but there's 334.1 MB of data in use that I can't seem to access in order to delete it. All locations are empty - "Your files", "Shared with you", "Your libraries", "Deleted", "Lightroom photos", "Mobile creations". I also checked every mobile app to make sure no files were present, and I discovered a couple of Rush projects that didn't appear in CC, so I deleted those as well.And yet 334.1 MB of data remains.Also, there's another issue (possibly related) - ever since Adobe ended cloud sync, I've had a red exclamation mark on my CC tray icon (Win 11) and on the cloud icon in the top right corner of the app window (see pics).Any help is appreciated.Cheers.

As seen in the picture above, the old creative cloud folder is still there for me since i backed it all up, that's fine. But what is new is that other bottom folder, the Creative Cloud Files Personal Account... It's empty for me now but I can't remove it from the list at all. Any ideas?

Hello everyone,I have found different answers on the forum with answers on how to fix this problem, but I have tried them all and none of them worked for me. I don't have the config folder inside OOBE, I've tried to restore it in different ways (deleting the folder and re-entering it, renaming it,...) nothing worked and I can't install the apps on my mac.I have a personal account and the mac is also personal.

We have a colleague leaving the company and not being replaced, so we will be terminating the Adobe CC licence in his name from our team account. He is the owner of various CC libraries which we need to keep, and as I understand it, those libraries would be deleted when his account is deleted unless we transfer the ownership. I have looked for this issue in the forums and found answers stating that you need to Send Link and then Save to Creative Cloud. I tried this, but when I opened the new link in a separate browser, I was only given the option to 'save' the library, not 'save to Creative Cloud'. Is there any other way we can transfer the ownership?Alternatively, we have an existing colleague who has a CC account and currently isn't the owner of any libraries. Would it be simpler to transfer the departing colleague's account to this person's email address, thus transferring the CC libraries along with it, and then delete their (former) account instead?

Hello Adobe community, For some time now Adobe tells me my Cloud storage is almost full 9.2 Go. When I connect to my account - I have a feeling I can't see all the different files (I can onyl locate a 56 mega file) to do a clean up.. any suggestions? For now I'm browsing through the adress 'assets.adobe.com'. 

It seems offline. I can't edit or download Assets.

 i just made a file, added it to my library and it corrupted it , also some older files i cannot longer load ...this is hours of work i cannot recover! please help  

Hello,I'm part of a team of creatives working for a business where we've been reliant on Creative Cloud files sync for a while now - even more so with work from home being popular amongst colleagues. We create a lot of new photographic and design assets all year round for marketing purposes - with the end of Creative Cloud Files looming we've almost decided to switch to Dropbox - but I can't help but feel Adobe Libraries should work for our needs but unless I'm missing something, it feels so restrictive.Does anyone know of a way to bulk upload files to the Library system? In the region of 100k files need uploading - which cannot be done by some of the ways I've seen suggested. If we could easily get our files in the Library system to begin with, we would probably utilise it.

So I noticed that my Cloud service initialises Libraries Sync every 60 seconds. When I have Libraries open in any program it refreshes and loads again. So if I'm in a specific Library it exits and returns to the list of Libraries even if I'm currently adding something. It's annoying and I don't remember it being like that. I don't want to turn sync off completely. But I don't have any other choice. This Cloud subscription isn't cheap would be nice if it worked properly.

Hello! I have a library page that stopped working. The preview doesn't show up and if you click on it or try to download a copy nothing happens. How do we recover everything from this folder? We use it for work and it is shared between several people. If you need the application, we all access it in Adobe Illustrator.  Thank you!

I've been trying to use Portfolio to make myself a website and the problem I'm running into is that when I try to upload a photo, no matter the type of file, it will not upload anything or give me any notification as to why the image isn't being displayed or loading. I have also tried the photo grid, which has only resulted in me waiting for a long time for nothing to be uploaded. I have also tried using Portfolio both in Safari and Chrome and I am having the same issues in both browsers. Is there anything I can do so that I can finally properly upload these images? I have tried uploading with .png, .jpg, and .jpeg files and nothing seems to be working for me.  This has been going on for more than a week now and I really don't understand what I'm suppoussed to be doing anymore, any and all advice is very much appreciated!

Hello, a cilent gave me link via assets.adobe and it appears I cannot download folders, instead it seems i can only download Individual files within the folders, one at a time. The issue is there are over 1,000 files. Is there a reason I cannot download the Folders? Thanks.

Hello, I received a notification from Adobe that fraud was detected on my account and my one-year renewal was canceled with no refund. I was also informed that my account was given a 30-day trial as a gift.   As I always try to use licensed apps, this ridiculous situation against me pushes me to use cracked apps. I requested a refund by submitting an expenditure objection through my bank, and if this problem is resolved, i.e. if my account is reactivated, I can cancel this request to the bank.

Is there a way to pay for 1 TB of cloud storage annually instead of monthly?

I got my subscription for the full plan (all apps included) and paid the first fee already. Why when I check the apps instead of having a download button I still have the  "try" one? On the other hand the "purchase" button is not available so I wonder if they give you the trial version to start with even if you bought the plan and then it just keep working (?)

I have uploaded more then 100.9 GB on my creative cloud account, I used it too store all of my work. Now I'm not able to see or download any of my files. What should I do now? Now I want to download all of my files from cloud. How can I do that?

I created a new page - cover right - for my about me page however when i create it there is no navigation on the top of the page. I have navigtion turned on for site wide. It works for all other pages.I tried deleting the page and creating a new one and this did not work.It seems as though any page created that is - cover right - or cover left - won't let me have a navigation about  of it. when i create a - center page - the navigation works.  Am I doing something wrong or forgeting something or did adobe mess up? Thanks
