CE COPY NOT ALLOWED-No permission to copy the book

i've downloaded Digital Editions but when i try to drag the book over to my nook color i get the message:  CE COPY NOT ALLOWED-No permission to copy the book.  how do i correct his problem?

i've tried authorizing & deauthorizing.
