digital editions will not allow copying to kobo on this computer apparently i am autherized on my other computer how do i transfer authorization to use kobo?

Check if has reader and adobe digital edition authorize with the same Adobe ID. If yes check if the eBook has the right to copy. Any eBooks (f. e. a Library) can not copy.
