digital editions wont open after windows 10 update.Anyone else?

windows 10 updated and digital editions will not open, I tried uninstall and reinstall but still doesn't work.

I uninstalled digital editions, then did a recover to undo the windows update, then installed digital editions. It worked.

A windows update happened the next night and digital editions worked alright afterward so I'm not sure what

went wrong the first time.
