Error message: Licence already fulfilled by another user - how to change licence

I have changed the authorisation (I have a new email address), but get the following message when I try to open books: Error: E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER.  Is there a way that I can change the licence to my new email address?

    "E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER" error comes when you previously downloaded the book with some authorization credentials in ADE.

    Now again if you try to download the book from same download link but current ADE authorization is different, you will receive this error.

    Make sure ADE is authorized with same credentials, as it was authorized when book was downloaded for the first time.

    Then this error will not come.

    -> Try  joining your old id and new id as:

    after joining of accounts, this error will not come
