Hi there i have got Two troubles whith Digital Editions for windows.

1/ i have purchased an Ebook and wanted to get the athorization to open it in my portable device.  typed my Adobe ID and password and get "Incorrect ID or Password for selected Ebook Vendor". I just do not understand what does it mean and what details will unable me to read the book i have paid for.

Ihave tried several other login details (google atc) to no avail.I have also tried to re-download it for several times. the problem remains.

2/ Clicking on 'Devices' to othorize my portable device - the ADE Crashes instantly.

P.S Why buing Ebooks is not as simple as buing music?
