How do I get in touch with a real person on the phone?

I need to talk to someone at ADOBE on the phone.

I can't open a downloaded ebook in digital editions. It is in my "download" folder as an acsm file but when I go to open it digital editions says "cannot connect to the fulfillment server".

I have tried "unblocking" the file, turning my antivirus and firewall off, I can't control, shift + U to change or reset authentication.

I would very much like to talk to someone.
