How do I get rid of the Adobe Digital Editions 4.5.1. Setup: License Agreement POP-UP?

How do I get rid of the Adobe Digital Editions 4.5.1. Setup: License Agreement POP-UP? Accepted twice and downloaded the latest version from the Adobe website yet I'm still getting the pop-up.

    Right Click to the Digital Edition and choose Option run as admin.

    Thanks for the Comments. My License agreement pop-up shows up in a separate window each time I boot my computer, not when I open a Digital Editions pub. Any further thoughts?

    The windows was closed when you accept it with admin account?
