I authorized my home computer and was able to view my purchased ebook last night.

This morning I came into the office and authorized ADE on this computer and I don't see the book. I cannot download from the vendor again as our server blocks it for some reason. Can you help?

    You can try emailing the eBook to your office email or uploading it to a cloud storage that your network will allow access.  Then download the eBook to the My Digital Editions directory before opening.
