i can't download my ebook as it says E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED BY ANOTHER USER

    This error message will appear if the downloaded ACSM file is already fulfilled by another user account. If is a freshly downloaded book, please contact the store.

    Hi, I'm having the same problem, trying to download the same book to a second device, using the SAME ADOBE ID. I just tried Adobe online support, and they referred me here.

    Please check in the device you initially fulfilled for the default Adobe ID.
