I can't download my library book onto my Nook Glow

I uninstalled ADE and started over.  When I go to the HELP it says my computer is already authorized.  However when I try to download I get the error notice

CE_copy_not_allowed_no permission to copy the book

This I think indicates that I'm not authorized

What do I do now
