I have a txtr vendor ID and an Adobe ID. I need to sync/join the two.

I contacted txtr who provided a sync URL (https://adeactivate.adobe.com/adept/en/JoinAccountLoginForm.jsp) which returned an "unexpected error" message when I submitted. I sent them an explanation and screen shots to detail the problem.  They said I should contact Adobe. Is it possible to join these accounts and, if so, what do I need to do?  If not, why?
