I have installed the newest version listed below and the application keeps crashing. I have tried 2.0 and 3.0. Any suggestions? This is so frustrating.

I have installed the newest 4.0 version posted to the board yesterday. It still keeps crashing. I tried to download older versions and they don't work either.

Does anyone have a suggestion?
