I seem to have a different ID on my nook from the one I have been using to download my library books from my desktop. It will not authorize the download on the nook. How do I resolve this issue?

    I have the same problem. I have been using windows XP and wanted to use on the new windows 8.1

    Adobe in their website mention they had troubles with jackers. I changed my password, erased the old program on the XP message.

    But it does not work. Adove will stop this week end their system.

    May be they are orking on our problem,
