Not able to open my books due to Authorization conflict

I used to have an authorized version, but since I changed my PC, and there was a problem as usual in authorization process I downloaded my new books through an unauthorized version. But today I needed to go back to my previously purchased books and I was asked to authorize my AD to have access to those books. As soon as I authorized my app, it didn't let me to open my new books!! What should I do now?
