Too many activation with Adobe ID when registering for DRM ebook reader on andorid smartphone

I get the error message that too many registrations have been carried out and my Adobe Digital Edition ID can´t be activated. My problem is that the old registrations are on no longer functioning or already reset devices. How can I delete the old installations without the hardware here?
