Trying to authorize, receiving error message: 'you cannot authorize this computer as you've already authorized another computer with this ID'

You have to go on the old computer and go into the help section of the program to erase the authorization. I had no problem with that part but then the option to authorize my new computer wasn't available when I went into Adobe Digital Editions on my new laptop. I hope it works for you.
