Trying to authorize, receiving error message: 'you cannot authorize this computer as you've already authorized another computer with this ID' - what can I do to revoke the old authorization and authorize the current computer?

    You have to go on the old computer and go into the help section of the program to erase the authorization. I had no problem with that part but then the option to authorize my new computer wasn't available when I went into Adobe Digital Editions on my new laptop. I hope it works for you.
